烏蘭巴托花朵飯店

unfortunately, the room had no air condition, therefore i cancelled the rest of my stay and went to another hotel. I have to say the lobby is abit old but the rooms were nice. Pity about the air condition otherwise i would have been happy to stay there.

The service staff is polite and the price is reasonable.

日本式の大浴場とサウナがある。 ただ、湯船の温度は43℃なので、長時間浸かるのは難しい。

日本式のホテル、スタッフも日本語を理解して安心。 朝食も美味しくゆったりしてモンゴルらしい料理もあり満足。最初、ホテルの場所が分かりにくくタクシーの運転手ですら迷い時間がかかりました。 相対的に快適なホテルでした。

Great to have clean room everyday but cold-water situation,

日本式の大浴場があり、郊外のゲルにとまった後で手足を伸ばして入浴、疲れが取れました。 朝食もモンゴルとはおもえぬ野菜たっぷりで美味しくいただきました。

チェックアウトの際に、ミニバーの使用申告を元に、あらためて客室係が部屋を確認するプロセスのせいで手続きに長時間を要する。 両替やタクシー手配も含めて、頼めばやってくれるのだが、スタッフ数と対応可能なサービスが乖離しているものと推測される。

22時まで使える大浴場と本格的なサウナが最高でした。清潔で、地元のモンゴル人も利用されてました。良いふれあいでした。ウランバートルは小さな街なので中心地まで徒歩15-20分。真冬でない限り歩きが便利です。

I was doing research at the University of Mongolia and also the National Library of Mongolia and so the Flower Hotel was in a very good location for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were three different restaurants with the Chinese restaurant being the place I went because I am a vegetarian. The price of the meals was okay and the food tasted very good. Also need breakfast buffet was quite sufficient and was a part of my hotel working. The floor in my room could have been vacuumed more often. Another bonus was that the bath house was free to the guests of the hotel. It was kept clean. Had a large sauna as well as a good size hot water pool and a small cold water pool If I ever need a hotel again the Flower Hotel would be my first price since the value of what you get for the money is excellent in my opinion.

From reception until check out it was top notch. I would stay again & again.

部屋はきれいにしてあった。 最近リノベーションしたのだろうか、入口付近に新しいクローゼット？があった。それがルームキーを差し込むところを隠していて、5分ほど探してしまった。このあたりモンゴリアンスタイルを感じた。笑 １泊した感覚では日本語が通じるスタッフは１名居るかどうかなので、それを決め手にここに泊まる必要はないと感じた。 しかしスタッフは親切で、荷物を預かったり、タクシーを呼んでくれたりした。お陰で市内の観光を楽しめたし、郊外の日本人慰霊碑にも行けた。 宿泊客は無料の大浴場に行けなかったが、（11:00〜22:00）モンゴルでゆっくりと汗を流せるのはいいと思った。

朝ごはんは中華系が多かったのでシリアルをメインに食べました。フルーツがあったのはよかったです。ベットは快適でした。

This hotel location is not good.

二泊しました。やはり、大浴場があるのが素晴らしいです。また、朝食や夕食をレストランで取りましたが、美味しくて種類もまぁまぁ豊富でした。

good for Japanese tourists.

Stay somewhere else

I was given a room that had no AC so I had to go back to reception and ask them to change the room. They then moved me to a different room, but the AC did not work. Had to sleep with the windows open and it was very noisy outside .

モンゴルに到着した日に泊まりました。夜到着したので、少し疲れていましたが、チェックインの手続きが早くて助かりました。部屋は静かで小綺麗だったので、よく眠れました。翌日は９時に出発したので、寝るだけといった感じでしたが、もう少し余裕があればレストランや大浴場も使ってみたかったです。

I love the Flower Hotel, and have stayed many times. It is conveniently located for buses, a 15 minute walk to Sukhbaatar Square, and a two minute walk to eMart, a Costco like supermarket/department store. It has always been somewhat "Japanese friendly," catering to both the Japanese businessperson and tour group and the front staff speak both Japanese and English. The Japanese bath and the adjacent massage facility are excellent. The hotel is clean, but somewhat "elderly," almost "heritage" in style and appointments, and being rather small it feels quite cosy, I made many friends over breakfast and hanging about. The restaurants are OK. Be careful: I ended up in an "economy" room which had NO air conditioning in the brutal summer Mongolian sun. I have not seen a room w/ no air-conditioning in decades so I wasn't attentive to this when I made my reservation. However, they went out of their way to put me in an upgraded room in spite of being fully booked. I will stay again.

Very nice hotel. All amenities were in working order. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very nice and accommodating.
