3rd time i've had either a room or an apartment at Anezi and im already planning for next year. Its tremendous value, amazing location and great staff.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff — The establishment has no respect and professional ethics, and is disrespectful towards family members. The only positive point about the hotel is the location. Won't recommend it.

We chose an apartment but we wish we had booked a hotel room as we were told by other guests they were really nice . The apartments were very tired and needed a major revamp also there was a lot of noise from the main road outside although the view was quiet nice of tennis courts and the fortress on the hill the breakfast is not bad the area outside is all within walking distance beach restaurants shops

The “free wifi” listed in the room description does not exist. According to the staff, there is only wifi “in the lobby”. I told the reception manager, Abdulla, this should be stated in the advert and, instead of discussing the matter with me, he started arguing. Instead of answering my questions, he gave excuses, raised his voice, was impolite and argumentative, and told me to cancel my booking and leave, rather than try to find an amicable solution to the situation. When I suggested, for example, making an amendment to the advert so future clients understand the situation, he simply refused, on behalf of the hotel, and told me, rather bizarrely, that it was “not possible to book at this hotel through Hotels.com”. Anyway, I asked to be given a room with wifi, since this is what I’d paid for, but my request was flatly refused. As I need wifi for my work, this was a serious problem. But an even more serious issue, for me, was the manner with which I was spoken to by Abdulla: argumentative and loud, irrational and offensive. The lobby wifi connection was patchy and slow - sometimes I couldn’t even open a map. When I told reception about the issue they just said smugly that their own phone is fine, and then made a comment about me behind my back. Other hotel guests I spoke to said the same thing: the service is terrible, the staff don’t help, the place is a dump.

Appartement spacieux mais vétuste. C’est dommage. Très bruyant la nuit avec la route à côté et pas d’insonorisation. Sinon propre et grand.

A FUIR! L'appart hotel est vétuste. Rien à voir avec les photos publiées sur le site. Un sérieux raffraichissement serait nécessaire. L'odeur des toilettes est insoutenable. Je pense que les personnes qui s'occupent du ménage font de leur mieux mais tout le mobilier est vieux et parfois sale comme le dossier du canapé. Trop de bruits des voiture depuis la route. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage. Donc, impossible de dormir même après une longue journée de travail! La piscine est vaseuse. Cela ne donne pas envie d'y mettre, ne serait-ce que le petit doigt de pied. Seul point positif : Le petit déjeuner. Dommage que cet hôtel, qui est l'un des premier à Agadir, n'a pas sû se renouveller en améliorant équipement et mobilier. Je suis déçue !!!

Kiváló hotel, medencével. Közel a központ és a tengerpart. Tiszták a szobák és a privát fürdő is. Napi takarítás van. A hely, a környék biztonságos. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Alloggiati in appartamento, edificio Figuig, appartamenti nuovi, ben arredati, e vista panoramica sulla baia. Pulito e servizi di qualità. Sono 30 anni che viaggio per il Marocco, mai trovato un rapporto qualità/prezzo migliore.Ottimo soggiorno. Complimenti davvero

Dejlig centralt sted, måtte dog upgradere fra lejlighed til hotel på 10. Etage pga støj fra gaden. Wifi virkede kun nogle steder, men det var nu meget rart så man ikke var på mobilen hele tiden. Den unge fyr i poolbaren var super irriterende. Sagde han ville komme op til poolen med mine penge retur, men kom aldrig... det skete flere gange. Ellers var der super god service i receptionen, og personalet var søde og gode til at hjælpe med udflugter.
