Agyad 公寓式飯店

Everything was shut down. I reckoned that it could have been because of the Ramadan but other places were open and serving meals etc. The doors are rotten and needs urgent attention The bed liner was dusting and towers were worn out. Bedbugs were also found in the bed and ants on the sink in the bathroom. The hotel needs urgent attention and help if it must survive or makes it past another year.

Not really no tea coffee facility in rooms no iron and they don’t provide iron aswell when i asked for iron they said go to laundry bathroom was not well cleaned

The hotel was very old and the shower and toilet were very dirty , old and they didn’t work properly. The kitchen was very old and we will never go back to that hotel.

Mycket buller från vägen utanför. Bar och restaurang stängt sedan ett år. Ingen städning utöver byte handduk och tömning papperskorg dagligen. Städerskan tiggde pengar för medicin till sin mamma. Aparthotell men ingen utrustning för att koka kaffe, inge kaffekoppar, några små glas fanns.

Run down, empty, unclean. We booked a twin but got given a double. The room had stains on the walls and the bed sheets. The fridge was rusty and mouldy. There were no towels. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I couldnt bring myself to shower in it. The WiFi didnt work. No facilities at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

Im not going back there

Les chambres n’étaient pas préparées : aucun drap du dessus ni serviettes ni papier toilettes en quantité suffisante. Nous n’avons pas arrêté de redescendre à l’accueil. Wifi très faible voire inexistant dans la chambre. Confort assez sommaire! Et bien sûr bruyant, sur la route très passante. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Old and dirty

This is clearly a hotel for locals and not westerners with any semblance of standards. DO NOT take a UV torch with you. The whole place is filthy and run down. No towels in the rooms, no bottled water available, AC not working, shower head cracked broken, hand soap (no shower gel or shampoo) watered down, half the lights don’t work. It was an experience. The bar was locked shut, I wouldn’t dare go near the pool and I imagine the night club would be nasty

Property main entrance and lobby is in excellent condition, friendly staff however the apart hotel is not well maintained, old furniture, small TVs, Shower drain was clogged, little cockroaches running around. No private parking. I would not recommend this property for now.

Property was good bit of distance from sea. Pool area sun blocked to early 3pm rooms ok nothing like what bad reviews said i would ho back

Probably the best thing in this property is the location Other than that there’s many things that need to be fixed, beds are old with the lowest quality , blankets are old, tv is too small it’s almost the size of an iPad, kitchen is not fully equipped Overall the price we paying doesn’t match the quality of the rooms. Staff are friendly

Personnel plus qu’au top tant la dame de l’accueil que la « responsable » semble t’il que le maître nageur. Cependant, la propreté des appartements du moins celui que nous avions était plus que limite, avec les meubles de cuisines à moitié cassé et mal repeints. Frigo cassé et très sal. Les murs et rideaux bof bof, vétuste et à changer. Cependant la litigerie et canapé était bien et propre.

Hotel très très très très très bruyant à cause de la boite de nuit qui est contigu à l'hotel. La réception nous avait dit que tout devait s'arrêter avant minuit mais en fait ça a été vers 01H 30 du matin, en sachant que nous étions un mardi soir, alors je me demande à quelle heure ça se serait arrêté si nous avions été dans un week end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Le matin,réveil en fanfare à 08h30 par le personnel d'étage qui parle fort dans les couloirs..... Nous avons eu 1 seule serviette de toilette pour 2. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel et n'y reviendrai certainement JAMAIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room is very noisy and dirty. Avoid this hotel.

The stay was very nice, having in mind that we got a great price offer for the stay including breakfast. The problems where related to the wrong information sent to the hotel by the booking platform, saying there was no breakfast included. But the front desk young men, Hamid, was very mice and managed to help solving that. He is one of the few Moroccan people we gave meet that is really committed to his job and to work properly. I wish he manage to stay like that throughout his career. Other problem he managed to solve was the change of room because the first one was very unclean. He was a real help on all out stay and made the difference.

That hotel is a joke. When you have to ask about your breakfast every morning you wondering if you require too much or they ignore you.
