If you are looking for a quieter beach stay outside of the city of Agadir, this is the place for you. The village of Imi Ouaddar is pretty new and you still have access to great food at a great price. Buy seafood from the local fishermen and have the locals grill it or try some of the restaurants in town. The apartment was very clean, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had pots, pans, plates and utensil with more than enough for a family of five. Service was prompt every day and the grounds are very well maintained. We had an issue with the safe and the air conditioning units and the staff was prompt and friendly to fix both. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the grounds which were beautifully landscaped. Parking was tight. I think it is better to park right outside the gate since there is security. The beach was a short walk out the back of the complex where you will meet vendors selling horse and camel rides, jet ski rides and a variety of food and drink. The only thing that was misleading was the Paradis Plage website which stated that guests staying at the apartments could use the fitness facilites at the resort which is about a 500 meter beach walk. When I went to the resort to ask about this, I was told by a person at the front desk that we could not use the fitness room. Would like clarification on that issue. All-in-all a fabulous family vacation. We will be back!

Profondément déçu, comme je l'ai déjà exposé, une fin d'après-midi terrible.
Voilà, Une réservation confirmée par votre site pour la période du 02/01 au 05/01, carte bancaire débitée à la minute, et à quelque kilomètres de mon arrivé, vers 18 heures, le réceptionniste de l'hôtel m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils sont en complet, pas disponibilité!!!!
Accompagnée de mes petits enfants, c'était vraiment très bouleversant.
Difficilement, je me suis débrouillé.
Ma question aujourd'hui, c'est qui le responsable de tel incident ?

Nice aparthotel with spacious apartments, big balconies. Next to beech, with easy access.
Although hotel looked clean we had problems with rash. After first night on bodies we had lot of itchy bumps. Although we did not mentioned any insects in bad, from bites it seamed like some kind small bugs in bed. When reported to management they was surprised as they said they had not been such experience before. With no problems we got another apartment and it seamed that there where no new bites after that.
Besides apartments are already bit worn out. For example ceramic stove in both apartments was functioning one, but with broken glass.

Veldig fin leilighet, nære stranden med basseng på området. Ulempen er gåavstand på 700m til Paradis Plage Resort Hotel hvor det var resturanter osv. Ingen matmuligheter på Aparthotel. Någenlunde grei kommunikasjon med resepsjonen, misforståelser skjedde. Hver gang vi bestilte transport kom de forsent.

Prima appartement. Ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het hotel is op 500 meter lopen en daar is meer te beleven. Bezetting van de appartementen was laag. Verder prima. Keukenuitrusting beperkt.

Booked this hotel looking at website.There was no mention of this apartment is nearly 600-700 meters away from Paradis Plage.
Disappointed not able to use spa or different restaurants in paradise plage.
Small are by the main paradise Plage .
Good if you have your own vehicle and like quite and peaceful place.Rooms are clean and fantastic.Helpful housekeeping staff and reception staff.

Fin stor lejlighed, med meget stor terrasse. Kogepladen var itu og fjernsyn virkede ikke optimalt, men lejligheden var behagelig og ren. Gode senge. God pool og dejlig sandstrand. Byen er lille, med et par små butikker og få restauranter.
