The hotel was beautiful. I had a room upstairs overlooking the gorgeous countryside. Stained glass windows. A balcony w a table. The staff was so kind and helpful with all our needs. I miss the mint tea and wonderful breakfast they provided.

Terrassen var skittent,som luktet katturin,og det var også avføring fra kattene. Generelt i byen ser man søppel overalt,det er veldig synd når de ikke ta vare på byen.
Sengeteppe og putene som er en del av dekorasjonen, trenger en vask. Ellers må jeg si at personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til Medinen

Séjour déplorable dans un établissement vendu comme fantastique mais qui ne ressemble en rien aux photos. L’établissement annonce un parking proche, il s’agit d’une ruelle à double sens où on se fait alpaguer par des jeunes et où il est extrêmement difficile de manœuvrer voire même d’avancer. L’accueil est également particulier, pas d’enregistrement ni de guichet, on nous propose deux appartements qui ne correspondent pas à la réservation. On nous annonce une vue sur la montagne, c’est une vue sur un toit avec parabole et déchet. Rien n’allait et cela a très clairement gâché notre séjour à Chefchaouen qui pourtant vaut le détour. A fuir….

Personellet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var kjempe god. Det eneste jeg reagerer på er skitten dekorasjon og terrasse. Det var ikke rengjort ute og det var katt avføring på gulvet. Plantene var døde og tørre.

I am surprised by the other ratings…’World class’!?! Where do these come from? This property has no signage, no reception, and very limited amenities. Wifi works in the hallway, but in the room for only 10 to 15 minutes. Garbage around the property is common and left for days. The price is low so expectations should also be low!

Excellent séjour à Casa Blue Pearl ! Emplacement idéal en plein cœur de Chefchaouen, à deux pas des principaux sites. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. El hotel es muy lindo, la habitación grande, con una sala de estar y un balcón, la zona segura pero un poco ruidosa, los empleados muy atentos y amables. El desayuno excelente!!

일단 찾기가 좀 어려웠고, 리셉션이 별도로 없어 Whatsapp이나 전화를 해야하는 점은 불편했습니다.
그러나 아주 넓은 객실과 훌륭한 조식은 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 창문밖으로 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다

To start with, the property is impossible to find. It’s unmarked, there are no signs for it. We had walked up and down in the rain and cold looking for it and had to ask a random shop person about it. Then they called an number and the owner materialised himself to take us to the guesthouse.
The rooms are small and crammed and we had one without a window. The bathroom sewage wasn’t working correctly and the water wasn’t going down in the shower, creating a pool. Then the breakfast was late, despite us asking the previous night for it to be at 8 (not that early anyway!!). It was poor, the coffee was tasteless and we were freezing cold.
Also be mindful there are a lot of stairs to cover to get to the guesthouse.
Staff were not particularly nice either.

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room was incredible and spacious with an absolutely beautiful view of the city. The people who worked there were so welcoming and kind. It was honestly refreshing. We wanted to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately it was fully booked. However, we were fortunate to have spent at least one night here.
