Yousaf and Ahmad made our stay amazing with their hospitality and service. They were able to coordinate with our driver without us getting involved and as a result everything went smoothly. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were comfortable and the overall riad was just beautiful. It is tucked away on the other side of the Medina which we liked away from the hustle and bustle. The pictures are exactly what the beautiful riad is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to any visitor.

Dar Seven is an absolute gem in Marrakech! The hotel is cute, cozy, and full of charm — the perfect peaceful retreat after exploring the city. What truly made our stay special were Iliass and Ahmed. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Iliass was especially amazing — he went above and beyond to help us get around the city, gave great recommendations, and was always there when we needed anything. Their hospitality was incredible, and we’re so grateful for their warmth and kindness. I highly recommend Dar Seven to anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming Marrakech experience!

It is the best property we ever stayed at in terms of hospitality. Ilyas proposed to walk with us to the places we wanted to go dine, especially at night and us being 2 girls. Ilyas and Ahmed and the house lady made sure that everything was perfect and they went above and beyond every single day. Highly highly recommend. We cannot thank them enough for caring so much and being so attentive. Breakfast was also amazing.

The property is comfortable, safe, quite, beautiful, breakfast was delicious ...the staff is amazing. Ilmad and iliass booked/suggested all our day trips, dinner reservations , tours around the Medina, shopping experiences..they both made our nine day stay extra extra special. Iliass always texted us when we were out late to make we were ok...and during the day. One time we were lost, he came with a taxi to pick us up. If i return to Marrakesh, i will stay at Dar Seven, its a quite hidden gem.

The property was wonderful. It was beautiful and clean and personal. Illiass & Ahmed were wonderful concierges. The breakfasts were amazing!

Dar Seven is an amazing Riad located in the heart of Marrakech - the hotel is beautifully decorated and simplistic & modern design.

Our perfect stay in the Loggia Suite This was our first visit to Marrakech and first time away as a family and Dar Seven did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, immediately being presented with home brewed mint tea whilst sitting in the beautiful courtyard of the Riad. Our hosts, Ahmad and Iliass were fantastic from start to finish. Their dedication to their guests is exceptional with nothing being too much hassle, day or night. They organised a private day trip for us up the Ourika Valley, visiting a traditional Berber house, a pottery, an Argon oil cooperative and a guided walk to the beautiful waterfalls. We even stopped for a quick camel ride on the way home! They made great restaurant suggestions, including Dar Zellij, a 17th century traditional Morrocan restaurant, just a stone’s throw away from the Riad. Another recommendation we visited was Chez Lamine, a restaurant frequented by A list celebrities, where lamb is lowered down into large ovens in the ground and cooked to perfection, in only a way the Moroccans know how. They even provided a lovely dinner on the rooftop of the Riad, where during the day you can view the snow capped Atlas Mountains- very romantic. The Riad itself is clean, with the suite refreshed everyday. There are multiple living areas to relax, the courtyard, the roof top and a living room. Dar Seven was a wonderful oasis amid the colorful, crazy, chaotic feel of Marrakesh. The staff were most attentive and accommodating to our every needs. The decor was most interesting and a delight to be around. Nothing but high praise!

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, avec un accueil et un service très au delà de notre attente, Ahmed et Illias étaient aux petits soins , nous nous sentions en totale sécurité. De plus ils nous ont très bien conseillés pour les restaurants et les choses à faire. Le Riad est très confortable et magnifiquement décoré. Et pour finir , le thé à la menthe de Ahmed est le meilleur de tout Marrakech. Je recommande vivement !

Lovely Riad on the edge of the medina in Marrakech. Convenient location, a short stroll into the main part of the city. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with pleasant and helpful staff (thanks Ilyasse and Ahmed!)

Es la casa en Marrakech de una princesa italiana. La casa, con un patio central, es bonita, esta bien decorada y cuidada y carece de extravagancias. Tiene 4 habitaciones muy agradables (especialmente la habitación blanca) y el personal es servicial y amabilísimo. Desgraciadamente no habla inglés (a excepción de Simo y, en menor medida, Ahmed, ambos encantadores). Siendo una estancia agradable en un entorno que aún estando bien ubicado, no lo es tanto (Sidi Ben Slimane), sí se echa en falta la presencia de un "dueño" o encargado. Dar 7 está gestionado (magníficamente eso sí) por su propio personal, el que hace tu habitación o te sirve el desayuno. Por tanto le falta ese valor añadido que ofrecen los pequeños alojamientos con encanto: la supervisión y control cercano del dueño o del encargado cualificado. Como antes decía, su ubicación es buena pero en un entorno lúgubre que no invita a pasear libremente. El staff, sabedor de esto, se ofrece constantemente a acompañar a los huéspedes hasta "zona de libre tránsito". Esa dependencia lo hace algo incómodo, especialmente por las noches cuando se regresa de cenar, que el acompañamiento del staff es casi obligatorio. Tan es así que Dar 7 te entrega un teléfono local para tener contacto permanente en caso de necesidad. En definitiva, es un alojamiento agradable al que no acompaña el entorno, donde el personal que lo gestiona día a día, te tratará de forma excelente y muy amable. Las fotos de internet responden a la realidad.

Wurde selten so nett und individuell betreut. Wir bekamen ein Telefon damit wir im Notfall telefonieren konnten und wurden zu sämtliche Restaurants und schwer zu findenden Örtlichkeiten gebracht. Morgens gab es ein tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Kleines ganz besonderes Hotel, etwas versteckt dadurch relativ ruhig!!

Nous avons été déçu par ce riad en comparaison avec les autres. À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir une plus grande chambre puisque nous étions les seuls clients à cette période. Je suis consciente que tous les hotels n'offrent pas d'upgrade gratuit... mais c'est quand même un hotel de 4 chambres complètement libres... bref, après un appel, la gérante a refusé. Le fait que nous étions les seuls clients de l'hotel a peut-être joué contre nous. Le petit déjeuné étant inclus, nous avons commandé l'assiette de fruits frais pour nos 3 matins: 2 pommes, 1 banane et de quelques raisins... il n'y avait plus de banane la 3e journée. Les employés de service sont vraiment très gentils mais la nourriture laisse à désirer. Les espaces communs sont restraints et qu'il n'y ait pas de piscine et peu de verdure, mais ce riad est agréable et calme. L'hotel est propre et les chambres sont faites chaque jour. La literie achetée chez Ikea, est très confortable. L'idée géniale est de nous avoir prêté un téléphone marocain pour que nous puissions faire nous-mêmes nos réservations aux restaurants.

Just returned from 4 nights at Dar Seven. The hotel is quite difficult to find, so the staff will come and meet you and take you to the hotel. Once you make the trip several times it becomes easier to find. The staff will offer to walk you to restaurants, come pick you up, or arrange taxi/tuk tuk service for you. Be aware they will not help negotiate a good rate for you. As a tourist in Morocco, everyone is trying to separate your money from you. My experience at other riads was that the owner would tell you what to pay to keep you from being overcharged. This was not the case here. The hotel itself was very nice and very clean. The breakfast could be better, if you asked me. They offered bread (a lot of bread), eggs, nice orange juice, but not enough protein for my liking.

Amazing experience. An oasis in the middle of an old bustling city. Amal made us so welcome like a private home and the room was amazingly gorgeous and the atmosphere that the staff created was a constant dreamlike state we didn't even want to leave and explore the city. It felt like you were in a private home and not much of a hotel. It's definitely a wonderful place to fall in love (or again!)
