No hot water. Very poor wifi. Bed was comfortable.

vu que le tél de l'hotel était en panne depuis 2 jours avant notre départ,impossible de reconfirmer notre arrivée(mème si c'était convenu par tèl avant,qu'une navette viendrait nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée);du coup ,personne n'est venu,obligés de prendre un taxi!!! comme nous n'avions pas de voiture sur place,il faut 50min de marche pour faire des courses au magasin le +prochil n'y avait pas de wii-fi

My parents Went for a wedding which took place at this exact location. Great staff and great family venue. Being outside the city is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the nice weather and the retreat conditions

It was very easy to find this place. It is right off the freeway into Fes. The place was clean. Pots and pans and dishes were there for us to use. The bedding was not so comfortable, but it is hard to find soft mattresses in Morocco, so we expected it. the accommodations were fine, but don't expect a queen size bed in the master bedroom. We had all twin beds/banquettes. We stayed only one quick night in November, so we can't say anything about the pools or the grounds. Easy to get to the Medina from this location. Will stay there again with our kids as it is an easy stay.

De eerste keer dat we er verbleven dat was 1 mei tot 4 mei, vonden we de riolering van de toilet en bad erg stinken. Toen we terug kwamen 10 dagen later kregen we een beter huisje en dat was wel erg goed. Geen stank. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk, alleen als je van een ander land komt neem je geen theedoeken en vaatwasmiddelen mee, en vind dat er betere pannen moeten zijn en een koffiezetter. Verder was het perfect.

better than many hotels i have used

The accomodation is first class and the complex is all new and kept lovely. This is all very new here and looks like work is ongoing. Only drawback is that is a long way from the town and shops. The staff are brilliant and reception staff all speak English. We were the only brits there whilst we stayed and most guest are French. If you are looking for a relaxing break, doing nothing but sit around the pools and chill out, then this is the holiday for you. Tip - take your own alcohol. We will definately be visiting again in the future.

tout est parfait coté hôtel et chambre. dommage que j'ai eu à attendre 45 minutes pour que le réceptionniste soit à l’accueil et que cela ait paru normal. au niveau du règlement, le même réceptionniste à usé de tous les subterfuges pour ne pas prendre de carte de crédit sous principal prétexte que les carte visa premier et mastercard gold ne sont pas acceptées au Maroc; tout cela pour avoir un paiement en espèces. ceci à tout gâche car je me suis rendu en ville pour faire des espèces. si ces soucis ne vous dérangent pas, alors foncez, c'est un établissement d'une qualité rare dans cette ville de FEZ.
