Euphoriad

there is a problem during the stay, but the staff help us very paitient and give us a very satisfied and surprised solution to us. they give us a very impressed night If I have opportunitiy to go back to Rabat, Euphoriad must be my first choice! the location is good, even through it is in the Medina, it is easy to find it through google map. the manager sends me email before I went there and gave me many tips about our stay in Rabat! I should tell everyone this riad is the most modern and impressed I ever stayed in Morocco! the riad is old actually but the designer fix it very diligent! I think one night in Euphoriad is too short!

This hotel is stunning and tastefully done. The owners put a lot of thought into making a stay at the Euphoriad a very special experience. I had the ground floor suite which was comfortable and beautifully decorated (I think there may be some non suite rooms that are quite basic so ask). The common areas are equally beautiful. The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the Medina. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and charming - I was sad to leave them at the end of my stay. I highly recommend the Euphoriad.

Juste parfait, Riad magnifique proposant des prestations surpassant toutes nos attentes. Chambres et équipements magnifiques. Service impeccable, c'est un endroit juste magnifique nous retournerons la prochaine fois que nous viendront.

We stayed in Euphoriad for two nights before traveling to Marrakesh. I choose to stay at a Riad instead of hotel to experience the stay at old homes that were renovated. My experience at this Riad was fantastic. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and extremely clean. The staff was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I wanted to give a shout out to Reda who welcomed us every morning with the best breakfast meal to get our day started. This experience is definitely not for everyone. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to walk with your luggage from the Main Street to the Riad which is about 200 meters. Room layout can also be an issue as one of our rooms had the bath tub exposed to anyone in the room as it was outside of the bathroom. These issues didn't impact us and we had one of the best experiences. Dining options nearby and within short walking distance are also magnificent.

The hotel was very good. We had 2 main issues. 1. The staff didn't speak English 2. We didn't have hot water for one night and day after.

Nice traditional building, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was very delicious.

Really this location deserves 10 stars than 5 stars I loved it and absolutely I will visited again staff are super amazing the price was worth it

Hôtel excelente, tudo muito bom! Um staff super simpático e acolhedor, quartos confortáveis e tecnológicos, café da manhã marroquino e maravilhoso. Só tive um pouco de dificuldade para localizar o hotel, pois, como fica na Medina, a localização do mapa não é precisa (o mesmo acontece em Marrakech, portanto eu já estava preparada)

El staff muy amable. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias. El riad está situado muy cerca de lo más bonito de Rabat.

We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. The room itself was very pleasant, but being on the ground floor we had to keep the blinds to the large window which looked out to the main lobby closed at all times. The staff told us no one could see in until 5pm (I guess the light changed at that time), but when we tested this one could see in at all times. Now for the bathroom. It is a well appointed bathroom but the lights are automatic. They go on with a sensor when you walk in. If you are still for too long they go off, leaving you in the dark. When you leave the bathroom they stay on for a bit until they again go off. Should you use the bathroom in the middle of the night it lights up the room, which can be problematic. Breakfast...yum!!

Virkelig lækker helt nyrenoveret riat med egen bar og restaurant. Tagterrassen med pool var utrolig lækker.

The staff was super. Saad and Hasnna (or Hasha) were great help. Hasnna went the extra mile to help with reservations for taxi and restaurants. Hard working and took care of any complaint (very few) right away.

The property itself is amazing, beautiful decor, the rooftop was not bad. Breakfast was average, could use more variety. Dinner needed reservation of 24hr in advance so if you arrived late in the afternoon you would not be able to eat dinner. The location of the riad although very quiet but it needs a good amount of walking from the Rabat Ville Train station about 25min walk just something to consider if you have mobility issues or younger kids, it may not be the best location as cars cannot access the area, you walk through markets and narrow alleys. I was able to find the riad because I used GPS, so I think that is very important. The last night of my stay my AC stopped working but I did not bother as it was few hours before my check out. Will I stay in this Riad again ? I don't think so but it was a good experience.

Estuvo excelente el riad, cerca de todo, fácil de encontrar, todos súper amables, un especial reconocimiento a Fátima de el spa, el mejor Hammam que me he hecho, súper recomendable. Definitivamente volveré a este Riad.

This is an amazing riad. Old but modern. Comfy. Beautiful. You will take pictures! Good breakfast as well. Would stay her again and again!
