I never got to stay here because someone else was already in the property, until now I haven’t received my money or any apology for this I spend my night in the car..

The place was stinking, especially the bathroom. Wifi not working. The WC seat was shaky when sitting on it. Only one hand towel was provided with used soap bars with hair on them. The worst part was climbing up a dark & dingy staircase to the 2nd floor at age 60. Since I reached in the evening, I somehow stayed the night & shifted first thing the next morning. Called both hotels.com & the property to request a refund of at least 2 nights as I paid for 3 nights in advance. Received an email from hotel.com that the refund was refused though I was assured that this would happen, The place is run by a bunch of sophisticated crooks. Bad publicity, especially for hotels.com
