We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in the corridor, no privacy at all. Also, there is no shops or restaurants, the we had to order food from the host. The bed was very worn out and uncomfortable, no other furnitures in the room. We had to ask for towels and were gives a dirty towel to use between two of us. We booked for 6 nights but decided to leave after one night and went to stay in Marrakesh. This property is suitable for hikers, for one night, providing you have a car. Sorry but the marketing was misleading.

The host was very welcoming and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It is also possible to have dinner at Gite Likemte, which in my case was very tasty couscous. The view from the terrace is scenic, especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms and facilities were comfortable and clean, in particular when considering that Tacheddirt is a rather remote mountain village. I can recommend staying there.
