Staff was incredibly nice we had the suite it was magical, if you like shopping the area is perfect you will get the truly Moroccan experience highly recommend , no alcohol served but next door restaurant is awesome with roof top and alcohol beverages and good food

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service my family and I received during our recent stay. I was traveling with my mother and sister, and we were impressed by the genuine warmth and attentiveness of your team.
In particular, I would like to highlight Marwane, Abdeladim Naim, and a young lady at reception who assisted me with a room change for my mother’s comfort. Their professionalism, kindness, and sincere care elevated our experience and reflected the highest standards of hospitality.

The facility of the hotel is perfect, and the food served at the hotel restaurant is not bad either. It would have been even better had the staff members had better commend of English, though it would be asking a bit much since they already speak Arab, French and Spanish.

Little gem of a place in the middle of Tetouan town. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The hotel was very responsive to queries before arrival and very helpful once there.
The patio restaurant is a beautiful setting and the breakfast was excellent. Dinner was not bad but not the best.
The room was very clean as well as spacious. Being in the middle of town, one expects a level of noise, but the A/C did a good job of drowning it out.
It felt both comfortable and safe. They even texted with a picture of a plug adapter that had been left behind!
Would definitely stay here again, and would like to give special thanks to the reception and staff who were great.

Le petit déjeuner était moyen (baghrir et msemen secs)
La personne de l'accueil m'a appelée à midi pile pour me dire je cite de "libérer la chambre". C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive.
J'aurais aimé avoir un hôte bienveillant qui laisse 5 minutes de marge avant d'appeler.

Second time around Riad Blanco. The team is amazing and very caring. The space is beautiful but noisy at night as in the medina and the neighbours stay up late … amenities are great. Breakfast was delicious. Room was okey despite some disfunction with the bedding.

Très bon séjour dans ce Riad en plein centre de Tetouan. Personnel très accueillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin
Petit bémol pour la réception qui n’est pas toujours ouverte tôt le matin ce qui est un problème pour les départs ou les petits déjeuners très matinaux
Niveau des prix c’est correct mais je pense que l’on peut trouver moins cher pour les mêmes prestations

J’ai été un peu déçue. C’est le seul Riad que nous avons fait 6 au total et pas de the de bienvenue ni pâtisseries.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas et après l’avoir signalé juste 1 chaîne en espagnol.
