Vraiment très contente de cet hôtel/riad. Très propre, la chambre était joliment décorée et la literie confortable, avec de bons oreillers. La salle de bain est spacieuse et l’eau bien chaude. Le petit déjeuner est pris sur la terrasse. Merci Cheikh et Fatima il était excellent et généreux, varié, un vrai plaisir! Il y avait du pain marocain, des crêpes, des gâteaux, salade de fruits. Le personnel est aux petits soins; Ouais, Charade et Adam font un excellent travail! Nous avons été accueilli avec du thé à la menthe et le manager a pris le temps de nous expliquer en nous montrant sur la carte que voir et comment organiser les itinéraires. L’hôtel sinon est idéalement situé à 5mn de la fameuse place, des souks et à 8 mn des tombeaux saoudiens. J’y retournerai volontiers et le recommande vivement.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il se trouve à une dizaines de mètres des routes qui ramènent à la place Jamaa el Fnaa, aux souks et proche des palais connus et des attractions historiques. Le style authentique de l'architecture du riad nous a agréablement surpris, l'odeur de l'orange et cannelle, la musique douce et le calme absolu le soir après une journée dans les souks et le bruit des rues de Marrakech. Le personnel est formidable, ils parlent plusieurs langues, ils sont attentifs et rassurants. M. Charaf et M. Amine à la réception nous ont bien accueilli et nous ont appris le nécessaire de ce qu'il faut faire et ce que nous devons éviter à Marrakech pour bien profiter de notre séjour. Nous sommes très heureux de cette expérience et nous recommandons l'hôtel du trésor, prenez le petit déjeuner avec et vous ne le regretterez pas ;)

Location: unbeatable, just few minutes from the busy square, but quiet at night so you can have a good sleep! Its a safe place for woman too. Room: provided air condition, hair dryer, toiletry and stable and strong hot water! They will clean and tidy up the room daily. For me... twin beds room was quite small but all about it can compensate and as a tourist, no one want to stay at room all day long, right? Staffs: all are kind and helpful. Gave lots travel information, no matter for the restaurants, where must go and see, the desert tour.... etc...anyways, they tried to help you everything They provide simple breakfast at the rooftop terrace daily, it was more enough for me but it must be appreciated if change a bit every day! Thanks for given me a enjoyable stay at Marrakech. And i no highly recommended enough for the hotel to you all .

Easy to reach after drop from taxi. It inside the Medina and perfectly near Djemaa el-Fna, we can even take a rest during extremely hot afternoon. Room is tidy, well equipped and bed is comfortable, but the AC is very noisy that I had to slow down for sleep.

Bonjour la première chambre a été vrai cagibi la deuxième chambre était mieux plus grande mais alors ce qui laisse à désirer c'était la salle de bain avec sa baignoire qui ne collait pas au mur sans rideau de douche donc une douche dans cette baignoire qui était complètement dégradé on mettait de l'eau partout le lavabo était à moitié bouché les fenêtres il y a du jour partout non franchement l'hôtel du trésor je ne le recommanderais pas maintenant le service était très bien l'accueil était parfait mais il y a encore à faire dans les chambres

Me gusto que estábamos muy bien en la ubicación muy cerca de la plaza y era silencioso no se escuchaba nada de ruidos, la terraza esta muy bien para descansar y tomar un poco de sol, el personal bien y siempre sonriente,lo recomiendo .

The location is very good and staff is very friendly and helpful. But the room is too small.The shower room is very small and the shower curtain is too short so water comes out the restroom.I stayed 3 nights.The first day,the shower comes out only cold water.I think the shower system is very old.

Die Unterkunft empfehle ich gerne von Herzen! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt sehr gute Tipps von Restaurants bis hin zu Aktivitäten. Auch das Frühstück und die Unterkunft sind super. Das Hotel liegt direkt an dem Djemaa el Fna und ist somit an viele Aktivitäten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätze angeschlossen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung, gerne wieder!

旧市街にあり、便利でした。女性二人での宿泊でしたが、フナ広場からリアドまで少し暗い所もありますが、安全でした。朝食もゆっくり食事ができ、美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応が良く、周辺の説明をゆっくり英語でしていただけました。

The property appeared okay. I guest I didn’t know that it was a converted former house. Therefore, I don’t believe it had an elevator and the view to the city was not very good/non-existent. However, the staff was GREAT and very accommodating. I may stay there again if I go back to Marrakech.

We felt the property offered a very authentic experience to a riad, Morocco and Marrakech. The hotel was a little tricky to find but was in a fantastic location was we got oriented. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We had some mint tea and cakes upon arrival while they explained some of the tours the property could organize. The room was small but well stocked and offered a great experience. The breakfasts were fantastic and staff was just great. The feel of the riad was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

The Riad provides a lovely retreat from the city with the pool courtyard and rooftop terrace. The staff were all lovely and friendly and Nadir was particularly helpful arranging trips etc. The spa was closed for refurbishment but we were able to go to a sister riad instead.

This is a very basic property. I’ll start with the best parts: The staff is very nice and tries hard And the location is very close to the square. Now the not so good: The doors to the room and bathrooms are very small. You have to duck to enter both. Poor lighting. Towels are scarce and very worn. Mold on walls in bathroom. Breakfast is very basic; only Coffee and bread. No TV in rooms. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in this place will be fine but if you’re looking to spend some time in the room you might want to look elsewhere.

The Riad is in an excellent location, 3 min walk to the square. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. However, the two rooms we had were very small, a double bed just fit in. Although there was one bedside light, there was no where for it to be plugged in! Furnishings not great and shower rooms shabby.
