The room is clean and tidy. Price is good with convenient location. You can reach the tram station in 5 minutes and take the tram to ONCF station Casa Voyageurs within 20 minutes. Staff are great, nice, honest and helpful, and they taught us how to go to Hassan II Mosque and station patiently and easily.

近巿中心，交通算方便。地方整體來說整潔，唯住宿房間厠所浴室去水緩慢，沖涼時水浸腳；洗手盆塞壞。員工態度親切，回應所需。

This is an "honest" hotel with nice and helpful staff. (In Morroco, you need to be very careful about the change when you buy something, and pay attention to the amount of city tax giving to a hotel. I was cheated in another hotel...) Come back to this hotel, I didn't have that kind of bad experiences, that's why I said "honest". 房間比預期寬敞，也很舒適，電視頻道甚至有一個中文台，但沒有提供吹風機和電熱壺等備品，另外我在淋浴完後，浴室門外地板濕了一大塊。

It was truly a very pleasant occasion to stay in this lovely bed-and-breakfast accommodation. The place is modest but provides everything that you require for safe, clean, and comfortable lodging in Casablanca. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is cleaned and maintained in the morning, restored to the same condition as when I arrived. The breakfast is generous, and most importantly, you feel as though you are at home, surrounded by a super friendly and caring team who strive, from the first minute until your last, to be as helpful as they possibly can. It is a highly recommended place, and I am confident that no one seeking good accommodation in Casablanca would regret booking at this establishment.

Propreté correcte mais j’ai vu un petit cafard dans la salle de bain le soir. Autrement chambre confortable pour une nuit. Eau chaude.

Friendly Staff

L’hôtel est très bien située, le personnel gentil et aidant. Les lits sont confortables. Cependant nous avons dû dans un premier temps changer de chambre car l’électricité ne fonctionnait pas, ensuite, dans notre nouvelle chambre la douche était très mal en point, le pommeau était brisé laissant le jet très faible et peu accessible. Comme nous sommes en mars, il faisait froid dans la chambre. Nous avons dû demander la manette pour le chauffage. Malgré cela, le chauffage était très bruyant et peu fort. Finalement. Notre chambre donnait sur une cours arrière très bruyante. Les meubles sont rudimentaires et sales. Dommage car l’endroit est vraiment bien situé pour parcourir la ville.

Place was freezing (especially the floor) with AC with no control over that. Room was small with only one light option.. glaring bright florescent. bathroom was very small but adequate . The cleaning staff did a poor job and the only chair in the room was so dirty you couldn't sit in it. The shower had good pressure and hot water but the sliding shower door was not working very well. Only two clothes hangers and the clothing shelves were dusty. I was worried about security because the one window overlooks a dirty back alley and stairwell .. it only has a weak window lock. Over all despite the friendly staff and low price, it still only earns a 3 out of 5 from me. And I think I'm being generous. I hope the manager reads this makes some basic improvements to the room.. make it feel more comfortable with dimmer lights and a place to sit down. Talk to the cleaning staff and explain that things need to be clean.

The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Room was basic. TV and heater included. Kettle not included. Clean and tidy. The staff were courteous and friendly. Knew enough English to get by. Great location and easy to find. In the centre of Casablanca with major attractions and both major rail stations walkable in around 20/25 mins.

No frills and no surprises. Service was great and friendly

A localização é muito boa, quase ao lado do Parque da Liga Árabe, com fácil transporte para a mesquita e o bairro onde o artesanato é comercializado. Dá para ir à pé para a catedral. Também tem vários restaurantes, lanchonetes e mercados por perto. A equipe do hotel é muito cordial.
