Es ist nicht 5* drin, wo 5* drauf steht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber alles total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Buffet war leider nicht annähernd 5, 4 oder 3 Sterne. Zwar vielfältig, aber das Essen war nicht wirklich heiss. Die Angestellten waren nett, aber irgendwie überfordert mit dem Ansturm der hungrigen Leute. Sehr schade, da doch ein stolzer Preis verlangt wird.

Hotellet er fantastisk, personale er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vil takke Ikram, Btissam og Mohammed fra resepsjonen og takke masse Hassan ( consierge) han hjalp oss mye med bagasjen ut og inn i bilen og til og fra rommet.
Maten var veldig variert og kjempe god.
Stort hotell med mye plass på basseng, restaurant osv
2 min å gå til stranda med solsenger.
Kommer garantert tilbake.

The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable.

Nous avions effectué plusieurs séjours à l’hôtel IBEROSTAR de Sadia il y a quelques années et c’était plutôt satisfaisant mais à notre dernier séjour d’il y a quelques jours nous avons constaté que l’hôtel est devenu un lieu qu’on pourrait surnommé hôtel low cost alors que que avons payé 300€ par nuit pour une chambre double pour 2 adultes et un enfant. L’hôtel a privilégié la rentabilité au confort de ses clients en effectuant un remplissage “vannes ouvertes” !! Des queues interminables pour accéder aux buffets, nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner ou goûter à plusieurs reprises, quant au dîner il fallait se rendre très tard (après 21h) pour éviter la foule ! Notre chambre était plus que basique et très médiocre ! Nous n’y retournerons plus ! A fuir ! Nous devons reconnaître la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel qui semblait épuisé mais courageux !! La Direction de l’hôtel doit revoir sa copie et prendre plus soin de son personnel et de sa clientèle si elle veut la garder et non pas penser qu’à remplir “son tiroir caisse” !!

Nourriture fade, longues files d’attentes au buffet ( jusqu’à 10 minutes selon les plats), salle à manger tres bruyante, wifi médiocre (quand on a la chance de se connecter), les essuis sont pris au matin et ramener en fin d’après-midi (donc on peut oublier la douche en journée, boissons imbuvables en journée (entre tiède et chaud), on veut nous impser des heures pour le buffet (petit dejeuner de 9h30 à 10h15, puis dejeuber à 14h30, le top quand on a une felme enceinte). Je crois qu’il s’agit d’une de mes pires expériences hôtelières, et pourtant je fait plus de 50 nuitées par an à différents hotels. Il ne mérite absolument pas ces 5 étoiles…
