Accueil plutôt froid et chambre non prête à 15h, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site internet. J’ai dû attendre 1h20 la préparation de ma chambre au bar de l’hôtel, en réglant moi-même mes consommations (aucun geste commercial, même un café, n’a été proposé pendant l’attente). La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : traces visibles sur les murs laissées par d’anciens clients, douche insuffisamment propre, et les serviettes n’étaient pas systématiquement remplacées chaque jour. À cela s’ajoute un problème de télévision lié à une défaillance de l’antenne. En résumé, je préférerais que l’hôtel augmente légèrement le prix des chambres afin d’améliorer la qualité globale du service proposé.

diciamo che nell'insieme la struttura è abbastanza trascurata, vetri sporchi, sciatta, la mia stanza aveva un bagno davvero minuscolo con un wc incassato nella parete che non consentiva di sedersi ed aprire le gambe e questo non va bene.

Les serveurs étaient attentionnés et aimables. Le petit déjeuner était correct. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Cependant, la chambre aurait besoin d'une rénovation, la peinture était écaillée à certains endroits surtout dans les toilettes. Les wc fonctionnaient mal. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers 18h, il y avait dans le couloir un tas énorme de linges et une odeur désagréable, le nettoyage de ce couloir devant notre chambre n'avait évidemment pas été fait. Dernière remarque : Hamza, la réceptionniste, son accueil a été désagréable, non professionnel. Alors que je pensais avoir payé la totalité des deux chambres à savoir 138 € à Expedia, cette personne me dit d'un ton péremptoire et désagréable, je répète, que je dois payer des taxes supplémentaires de séjour. J'ai répondu sur le même ton, que je ne paierai rien de plus que l'on montant du contrat. J'aurais souhaité une explication courtoise qui aurait évité un échange verbal plutôt houleux. Je vous informe que je suis un client régulier de la chaîne hôtelière Ibis en France et je pensais trouver le même service au Maroc, c'est pourquoi j'ai exprimé clairement ma déception !

Noisy hotel, don’t bother booking if you have business meetings or need sleep. Dirty, no electricity on the morning of our stay, had to shower in the dark. Staff were absolutely useless and no apology. We left and will never return to that hellhole
