Nice, modern, spacious apartment located in a quiet area in the centre of Marrakech

Me and my friend booked this apartment. Arrival: when i got to the apartment it was within opening hours, 1930, but the Keyholder had left the place, so i had to stay and wait about 10 - 15 minutes in this dark street without any place to sit. INside we were told that there was 24 survelliance security and that this was a very high standard apartments. This was priced around 200 euro per night. Inside: the livingroom is ok enough, the sleeping rooms are small, same goes for the shower and bathrooms. The floor is usually cold in desember, the shower is used and have sement floor, the water pressure can change several times when showering. It ok to know that u will pay 100 euros for each individual extra. Its pretty noisy because of the traffic outside and u have a view into a demolished building on the other side near a kids school where it can be pretty noisy in the mornings. One night the electricity was gone in the night and it got pretty cold. This was complained about but i was told that it can happen and to move on. I came late the same night but i coluld not enter, the guard had closed the door and was not to be found. I stood around 12 minutes outside without knowing what to do. In the mornings we were told that this is not a big deal and also told that the guard can be fired if we complained and this Will be our fault. As well as this guard had to sit outside the next night making it very awkward. i would not recommend this place to my friends or family.
