Very good hotel

Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux ou même en famille, ils ont pensé à tous les détails, aucun point négatif. Mention spécial pour la réceptionniste NAOUAR et son responsable RACHID, ils étaient très à l’écoute et ont fait leur max pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. Un grand merci à ALI le responsable du restaurant ainsi que RABIE qui m’ont aidé à préparer une belle surprise à ma femme pour son anniversaire. Franchement une très belle découverte et mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles ⭐️

Wonderful staff, clean hotel, great breakfast and wonderful views. Room sizes does not justify the price. Rooms are bit tight!

My experience at Michlefin fell far below expectations for a hotel of this rating and price point. The overall service quality was disappointing and inconsistent with what one would expect from a premium establishment. Staff training and guest service standards require significant improvement — the level of professionalism should align more closely with that of leading hotels such as the Four Seasons. The jacuzzi was particularly disappointing. Charging €1 per minute for use feels unreasonable, especially considering it was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible debris and hair. Although the manager, Rashid, was courteous and offered an apology, there was no meaningful resolution, and I was ultimately charged for the jacuzzi despite the condition it was in. Room service was also subpar. The food arrived cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been cooked in fish oil — very unpleasant and far from the quality expected. The only positive aspect of the dining experience was the dessert, which was quite good. Overall, Michlefin needs to make substantial improvements in both service delivery and facility maintenance to justify its pricing and reputation.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction. L'accueil a été exceptionnel, grâce à l'attention particulière de Hakima au bar et de Loubna au service de chambre. Elles ont fait en sorte que mon séjour soit agréable et mémorable. Leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. Les chambres étaient impeccables et les services offerts étaient de grande qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit chaleureux et accueillant. Everything was perfect but the shower the shower really doesn't meet the expectation

L'hotel est magnifique et reposant. Les chambres sont bien equipes. Par contre le servixe est tres decevant on a pris une option stay and ftour pour le ramandan mais au moment du sourh on nous a oublie la moigie du repas on avait reserve pour 4h30 ils sont arrives a 4h50 alors qu'il fallait arreter de manger a 5h06. On viulait resetve pour le spa le soir on noua sut que c'etait full toute la soiree quand on etait a la piscine le spa etait vide.Et quand tu dis a la reception les points negatifs on te repond dommage. Franchement dommage pour cet endroit qui merite pas un tel service surtout pour un 5 etapiles et pour le prix que tu paye.
