Room conditions were not great:
- toilet door could not be closed due to expanding door frame
- shower glass screen was short so a lot of water spilled onto the rest of the toilet/shower room floor
- postive side was room cleaned everyday, but towels and floor mat were taken everyday and not replaced, we had to call up twice each day before replacements were sent by housekeeping
- room walls are very thin so you can hear loud talking from other rooms
- 3 out of the 7 nights we stayed we were disturbed until 2am with loud music from either the hotel ground floor or venues next to the hotel.

The hot water in the shower was very inconsistent and changed temperature every 5 seconds. The sky shower head did not work. We had to ask for towels every morning, because they took all without every replacing them. At every stay it’s happening, every single morning. And everything takes a very long time.

Le Novotel reste une « valeur sûre » mais avec quelques bémols, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement, même en l’ayant connectée en partage de connection avec mon smartphone, impossible d’accéder à Netflix, elle était bloquée en mise à jour durant tout notre séjour. Il manquait le linge de toilette mais nous avons pu nous le procurer rapidement. Aussi, suite à une mauvaise information sur l’annonce qui indiquait 4 personnes, la chambre ne disposait que de 2 couchages prêts et 1 banquette pouvant servir de lit d’appoint sur demande. Nous avons pu en obtenir un 4eme sans frais supplémentaire après avoir présenté les modalités figurants sur l’annonce mais l’attente fut longue pour les enfants: autour de 22h15. La réception est bruyante, la musique est forte. Les ascenseurs tournent à plein regime et sont insuffisants pour descendre les valises le matin du départ.

The reviews and photos of this property made us feel it would be an excellent choice, but unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The bar area is nice, but the rooms are small and while we close this hotel for the sea views, the views are part of a more industrial area and there were birds everywhere. We also thought it was beach front, but the ocean is across the roadway. The room condition was a bit rough, and despite having two people in the room, they continued to give only one towel despite our requests to bring additional towels. They were quick to provide us with any requests. I did love that there was a Carrefour around the corner and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s not the prettiest area.

Disappointing Stay at Novotel Mohammedia
While Novotel Mohammedia boasts a great location near the park and the beach, my overall experience was far from satisfactory.
Check-In Experience:
Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that my prepaid room had been given away due to my late check-in, caused by a delayed flight. The check-in process took over 3 hours. Initially, a trainee at the reception attempted to assist but admitted she lacked the knowledge to resolve the issue. Another staff member, without even reviewing my booking, bluntly stated there were no rooms available. I was further told that it was my fault for not informing the hotel about my late arrival, even though I had tried contacting them earlier for an airport pickup — a request that was completely ignored.
Reception and Service Issues:
The service throughout my stay was disappointing. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times over 40 minutes, no one picked up. When I approached the reception for assistance, they redirected my call back to the unresponsive restaurant. After several requests, the reception staff kindly took my order, but the food was never delivered. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Room Conditions:
The rooms, while clean with comfortable beds, show signs of age. Additionally, they lacked basic attention to detail — no mattress cover was provided, as evident in the attached image.
Restaurant and Breakfast you cannot call them. It they will not pick up

Malheureusement l’état de cet hôtel et de Mohammedia (le parc) se degrade.
La coupe du monde prévu en 2025 fera peut-être bouger les choses.
Une ligne TGV est en construction et de nombreuses travaux semblent déjà en route.
