Clean, quiet and conveniently located.

Excellent location, staff extremely kind and helpful

I didn’t have breakfast or use the spa. Great location and nice property. Ill-fitting, cheap sheets, worn out towels, no towel or cleaning service. Surly uncommunicative front desk staff

RIad was beautiful but sadly bathroom was musty and damp. Parts of plaster/ paint chips from ceiling dropping. Morning staff was wonderful. Friendly, attentive and could not do enough for us. We had a night time meal and it was also very good but we had to wear our coats until they agreed to turn heat pump on and close doors.( the restaurant is open to the public) Breakfast on upper deck was wonderful as was the view . Location is very good. Now the negative: Uncertain of role of afternoon/ evening staff as despite having a desk with security camera split screens, they never seemed to be at the desk, jnstead would sit on a cushion outside on the other side of the open door. They had nothing that identified them as staff so we never really felt the we could ask them anything. On the first night the front door staff had loud music playing for and we put up with it until 11pm at which time my husband dressed and went downstairs to ask them to shut it down, which they did. Second night, 1045 music again still loud, waited until 11pm, husband went to landing and looked down. The music stopped.Spoke to the morning manager about it next morning and he assured quiet time was 10pm. We went to bed 3rd night at 945 and listened with great frustration to loud voices until after 1130 pm. While noise was coming from guests, they were in the foyer level, close to reception desk.Expectation for guests to be quiet in riad.note on door/ staff should enforce it.

Beautiful riad, very clear instructions for parking, very helpful staff

Amazing. The hotel representative walked to the drop off area meeting our car upon arrival. He then walked us to the hotel to check in. The room itself was beautiful with a lovely view of Chefchaouen. The entire staff was wonderful, the location was right in the middle of the Medina, the bed was comfortable and we had a wonderful time. On the morning of our departure, the hotel prepared our breakfast early and once again walked us to the meeting point for vehicles, even calling our driver to make sure the pick up went without a hitch. As English only speakers in Morocco, the language barrier presented some challenges that were easily overcome with Google translate. We will visit Morocco again and next time learn some French before we go. We would not hesitate to stay at Palacio Al Andalus again. It is listed as a restaurant (not a hotel) on Google maps for good reason, there are only five rooms and it is lovely.

This is a very beautiful hotel and we are very glad we had choosed it. It is near the old town center and its roof top has a amazing view at sunrise.

Amazing staff, only 50 meters ftom the town centre yet quite as its located in a small side street. Best included breakfast I've had in the 30 days I've been touring Morocco. I hope to be back one day

The staff were VERY helpful and pleasant! Very lovely common areas for guests to seat and relax and visit. Lovely quiet music playing during the day added to the relaxing atmosphere. The linens (sheets and towels) could use an upgrade. Easy and close to the main square.

The common areas in the Palacio Al Andulus were very nice. They were clean and comfortable and well decorated with lots of space. Ashrov was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable and kind and made our stay very pleasant. He also spoke excellent English which was very helpful. Our room on the other hand was not the best. It was very tiny for two people and the bathroom was not really adequate or clean.

Excelente atención del Staff. Perfecta ubicación y vista desde la terraza. Buen desayuno… todo el personal muy amable! En la noche tienes música en vivo en el restaurante. 100% recomendable.

We had to leave before breakfast was served. Based on previous reviews we asked if they could put something together for the road and were told no. Also we did not find the check in particularly helpful. There was loud music playing until after 11 outside our room.

nice hotel with split terraces. must drag luggage from taxi drop-off up the hill on uneven passage. Breakfast was good but slow for lack of personnel.

Had an amazing stay at this Riad. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great central location to everything. Our rooms was really comfortable with modern facilities and breakfast had lots of food. We also ate dinner here and their beef tagine was very yummy and tender. The staff were so friendly and gave us tips of Chefchaouen
