This place and room is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful finding parking, riad location and with the bags. Food is excellent in the restaurant and recommended eating there. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the staff!

The Fes medina is a sensory buffet of smells, beautiful craftwork, people and sounds. This homestay (Expedia should not really classify it as a hotel) was an authentic medina experience and made us feel like residents of the old town during our 3-night stay. The staff, which consisted of four teen boys, was very hospitable, walking us through the winding maze of alleys when we needed guiding. The room was cozy, and I mean cozy as in comfortable as well as small for a family of 4. The shower pressure was a dribble but it was still refreshing after a sweltering journey through the markets. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Crucially, the AC worked great. This is not a luxury hotel, but it’s great value if you are looking for something memorable.

Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks

Welcoming staff and a great breakfast every morning. Their restaurant is also amazing and we loved the tajine and chicken and rice. Really friendly staff we met including Amin, Yaseen and Adnan. Would recommend!

The room and bathroom did not look like the pictures at all, but the amazing staff made up for that. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They made sure we knew where we were going, set up taxis for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and the best one we had in Morocco.

I stayed at this riad for two weeks and they literally treated me like family. At one point I got sick and they checked on me several times and went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The service was outstanding in every way and the restaurant is d3eservedly one of the top rated eateries in Fes. Stay here. You will be glad you did!

We spent three nights at Palais Fès Yahya and truly loved our stay. This family‑run hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Fes medina, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help us navigate the medina and recommend excellent guided tours. The riad itself has a beautiful, traditional décor that adds so much charm to the experience. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a lovely place to start or end the day. Breakfast was included and just perfect to begin our mornings. A warm, authentic and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff.

Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. Staff were genuinely helpful, special thanks to Yassine and Abde Arhman, and the owner Abdul was clear and efficient. They arranged a hammam with pick-up. Room was spotless and the bed/blanket were very comfortable. Bonus: a small shop 1 min away you can buy snacks and drinks, the lady boss and the kids are very honest and helpful.

Ein wunderbarer, authentischer Aufenthalt in einem Riad mitten in der Medina von Fès. Das Palais Fes Yahya verbindet marokkanischen Charme mit Ruhe und Herzlichkeit. Unser Zimmer befand sich in einem separaten Gebäude, was für uns ideal war. Sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten nach dem Trubel der Medina. Auch die Küche hat uns überzeugt, fein, frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Abderrahman. Seine Freundlichkeit und sein Engagement sind beeindruckend. Wir wünschen ihm weiterhin viel Elan und Freude beim Deutschlernen. Ebenso danken wir Amine, der sich Zeit genommen hat, uns die Logik der vielen Gassen zu erklären und wertvolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu geben. Eindrucksvoll war auch die Besichtigung der Baustelle eines weiteren Riads. Danke dafür. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. Authentisch, persönlich und sehr empfehlenswert.

Kind and generous welcome, beautiful and ornate home

If I could give these guys 20 stars I would! The host family was more than accommodating. We arrived much later than expected and someone met us on arrival in the middle of the night to guide us to our accommodations. They were absolutely so hospitable and welcoming they made us feel very comfortable and like at home.

Our stay was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooftop dinner was super delicious and the view was breathtaking! They even arranged a private tour of the Medina for us and helped us get a taxi to the airport! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful staff. The boys went above and overboard. The hotel is centrally located and there are signs everywhere leading you to this hotel, so there are no chances of you getting lost in Fes’ alleys. The dinner was ok, and the room was ok too. The bathroom is tiny, so was quite challenging. The room that we got was extremely noisy, and this went on for about until midnight. However, I would still recommend this stay coz of the staff.
