Hotel was gorgeous - spa treatment was incredible. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, room was beautiful. Only stayed overnight to fly out of Morocco but would stay here for longer if possible

The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg.
It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.

Book for three adults in a room that accommodates 4 people. We were only given 2 towels and when we asked reception to organise the sofa to be made up into a bed while we were at dinner we were told we could call housekeeping to do it. After insisting they speak with housekeeping to organise, the receptionist reluctantly called for us. Expected better service from reception. Room was nice but basic.

Disappointed. The hotel clearly knew our room had a terrible damp smell prior to allocating the room to us. After dinner we returned and had to move rooms at midnight. There was no issue when I asked BUT I shouldn’t have to ask!! Our clothes stink just being left in the room a few hours. A significant inconvenience given we stayed just one night. Bathrooms cleanliness average at best.
Hotel booked car service was literally 15 times the cost of a local taxi. A local taxi was 10Dirum the hotel car same trip was 150Dirum. That’s taking advantage of tourists in an ‘upper market’ hotel.
Limited communication on the messaging app. Asked if room upgrade was available as a Gold member - response ‘It says at our discretion’. The hotel was not busy so no reason they couldn’t have pushed the upgrade. Instead we got the down grade into a damp and stinky room.
Hilton is just up the road and half the price.

Hotel is very old, definitely not 5 star.
There are taxi guys in the lobby, it’s like a mafia, one day they will quote 50 dirhams to take you to a restaurant, next day, they will quote 100 dirhams for the same restaurant.
The hotel cut our wifi on the last day though the checkout time was 12pm.
Overall, will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff. Street car stop - route T1 - is just a few steps from the entrance, you can easily and inexpensively get to most interesting areas of Casablanca. A good grocery store close by. Quite a few restaurants are nearby.
