Это мошенничество, когда вы приезжаете не отвечает телефон, и вы просто теряете свои деньги а что хуже вы просто можете остаться на улице. И сервис вам не в помощь, он абсолютно не контролирует хозяев, я приехала вечером в пятницу сервис ответил на мою ситуацию только в понедельник

The property was not known to taxis. So very hard to find. We were given a room that was not as agreed. I complained and got the right room. Unfortunately this room was very cold and they promote internet and wifi onthe site. This not the case. Very disappointed. We again got a new room where the heating was working good. The shower koord was rusty so we complained about that and got a new one. We had to keep the room clean but there was no broom or cleaning stuf we also had to ask for that andvit was provided. The keeper of the apartment really did his best to accommodate us. With what he can. The apartment was clean . And everything was working. But you have to complain to make it happen.
