Netter Service, feines frisches Frühstück. Das Ambiente leider etwas kühl, mehr Pflanzen und Kerzen wären von Vorteil. Dachterrasse sehr schön, jedoch ohne Regenschutz. Insgesamt jedoch alles in diesem Riad in Ordnung.

The staff are amazing especially Sahib and Isa. They seem genuinely pleasured to make sure you enjoy your stay. We originally had a standard room booked which was slightly disappointing when we saw it. However, the general manager gave us a free up grade to a superior room the next morning and it was fantastic. The pool was cold but the jacuzzi was great. They cleaned our room (including fresh bedding and towels) everyday. Great location close to the square but in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend!!

We loved our stay! We were in the Hippy suite for 3 nights and found it perfect. Great location, you could easily find your way back from the square, and the roof is magnificent. Lovey hosts made our visit very sweet, grateful for their help in making our stay even better.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very nice but tight. Rooftop is excellent. Breakfast is good. Location is great, in middle of Médina but on quiet side alley. Would recommend.

Se disponete di un budget generoso, consiglio caldamente Riad Carllian: non potrà che addolcire il vostro soggiorno in Marocco. Il personale è cortese e discreto, la pulizia delle camere è quotidiana e impeccabile e la peculiare struttura dell'edificio, insieme alla posizione, assicura ai clienti un silenzio e una pace che non credereste di poter trovare in una zona così centrale della città.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questo hotel. Lo staff è stato molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura gradevole anche se le foto della piscina ingannano in quanto è davvero piccola nella realtà. La stanza era di dimensioni ridotte ma abbastanza pulita. Nel complesso la pulizia dell’hotel è stata soddisfacente ma si può migliorare soprattutto nelle zone comuni e nella zona jacuzzi. Il punto forte dell’hotel è la posizione e la disponibilità delle staff.

Hôtel cher pour ce que c'est. Propreté des chambres qui laisse à désirer: pendant toute la durée du séjour, soit une semaine, les sols ne sont pas faits, des peluches par terre. Ne marcher pas pieds nus dans la chambre, vous vous retrouverez les pieds sales. Pour le hammam, il n'y a pas de salle de vapeur. C'est une seule personne par jour qui peut faire un hammam à cause d'un problème d'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est nullissime. Ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner marocain qu'on vous servira. Je déconseille de prendre du thé car la théière est dégueulasse. Elle est rouillée à l'intérieur. Le personnel est hypocritement poli. J'espère que leurs dénigrements ne vous générons pas. La gérante de l'hôtel vous la reconnaitrai facilement puisque qu'elle vous dévisagera sans vous dire bonjour. Hôtel trop cher prestation nullissime. Je déconseille

De personeel was Top, vooral Said die keihard werkt en zo behulpzaam is. De excursies hebben wij ook via de Riad zelf geboekt. Alles verliep goed met de transfer etc. Het ontbijt vonden we iets minder, het werd koud geserveerd en was niet vers. Riad kamer(suite) zag er netjes uit,alleen vonden we de kamerhygiene iets minder. Voor de rest is het een top Riad.zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Groetjes uit Holland A&F

The two staff members were AWESOME They made us breakfast each morning with freshly squeezed OJ, Moroccan mint tea, and coffee. Our ONLY problems were POOR WiFi connection and the AC was not cooling adequately with the temperature outside of 48C/120F

A gem buried in the old city of Marakeech. The staff and especially Fouzia, the day manager I think, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were significant in terms of quality and amounts. A great experience for us.

Das Riad ist ca 5 Gehminuten von Jemaa el-Fnaa, also sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein idealer Ausgangsort für Sightseeing, Shoppen und Relaxen. Wir waren in Marrakesch zum Golfspielen und dafür ist es nicht unbedingt der ideale Stanort, da ab 13:00 Uhr der Jemaa el-Fnaa für den Verkehr gesperrt wird und man ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Riad gehen muss (nicht ideal mit Golfbag). Ich würde sofort wieder hier hin gehen, auch aus dem Grund weil das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ist.

Bon séjour au Riad Carllian, Personnel accueillant et agréable, Riad propre et proche de tout. Le plus la vue sur la terrasse et sa localisation. Le petit dejeuner est bon et copieux également. Seul bémol, les prix dans le riad un peu cher aussi bien pour les repas que pour les boissons.

A small Riad which offers you everything you need. It was right in the Medina, so you could go everywhere by walking. You take 5 minutes from the FNA square to arrive. In a very seecure street. Everyone working there was kind, respectful and generous. They gave us a bigger room with no extra charge, and they also offered the transport from and to the airport for free. They helped us with every doubt and every request. The hotel has a really nice stile, the room was super confortable, the bathroom was amazing, it has a really nice pool inside the patio and although is small you can take a break there. It also has a jacuzzi and a super cool terrace on the roof top. Since it is so small, 5 rooms if I'm not wrong, it's the perfect place to relax, because is quite and you don't find people everywhere. The jacuzzi was empty everytime we wanted to use it. The room had a big TV and air conditioner, and the Riad offered you therapies, as massages, and excursions. The breakfast was really nice, with delicious fruits, just made juice, bread, etc. The wifi connection runs perfectly. Amazing price for such a great quality

Riad Correct mais rapport qualité prix pour Marrakech decevant. Chambre pas spacieuse du tout et qualitédes installations tres limite. Pour quand même 100 euros par nuit et a Marrakech je ne recommande pas.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Riad Carllian, as we set foot within the Riad we received a warm welcome from the owner accompanied with traditional mint tea and Morrocan sweets. The owner and staff could not be more helpful, providing advice about the Riad and also activities and sites that we may be interested in while in Marrakesh. The Riad felt like a home from home, the room that we stayed in had a lovely contemporary decor and was cleaned to a good standard daily.
