馬拉喀什之家庭院飯店

The room and the hotel is extremely cold. I had to leave the heating on for 5 hours untill i can sleep in the room. The breakfast was limited in varieties mainly cakes. And the tea was cold. No hot milk. The breakfast room was freezing. I needed to wear my outdoor coat. The sink water was cold and weak. You need to leave it to run for an hour till it warms up.

A terrible hotel that is in serious need of renovation. There’s no running hot water and the pressure is very weak. If you shower the bathroom floods so there’s lack of drainage. The room size is good. There are wires and pipes coming out of the walls which is a health and safety hazard. The fridge and tv did not work. Room door was hard to lock and open. Breakfast was terrible and the coffee was cold. Also there was construction taking place behind the hotel - this wasn’t mentioned on the website. So there was constant noise during the day. Also paint and cement was coming of the walls. Avoid this hotel at all costs! You can get a lot better for the same price.

C’est simple, je n’a pas fini mon séjour et je suis parti ! Il faut négocier pour avoir des serviettes de bain, petit dej réchauffé de la veille, lit en pierre et chambre froide ! Des travaux juste à côté qui m’ont réveillé à 7h du matin, impossible de se reposer et un horaire pour utiliser l’eau chaude car il n’y en a pas pour tout le monde. Je n’y remettrais pas les pied.

In the first day they gave me a very noisy room there is an air conditioner engineer on the balcony making a loud noise and the the room was very cold and they gave me only one towel and one shampoo for the all nine nights I was sitting there they never changed the bed sheet or the towel they just clean the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Les réceptionnistes étaient très sympathique et à l’écoute. En revanche, l’état de l’hôtel est tres ancien, les infrastructures ne permettent pas une bonne isolation donc les chambres très froide, pas très propre ainsi que les bruits venant de la rue nous entendions tout. Le petit déjeuner est à revoir, pas de choix, tout est froid.( même le thé svp était froid) Les chambres vétustes, prises murales arrachés, commodes cassés, douches pas nettoyer voir degueulasse, serviettes sales. Chauffage qui ne chauffe en aucun cas la chambre. Attendre 10min pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Literie pourrie obliger d’aller me faire masser tous les jours. Frigo qui ne marche pas. Lampe de chevet poussiéreux. A fuir !!!!!

The place is quite nice with a large pool, cozy and staff is attentive. Easy to move around from here.

Shower head was broken and taped with scotch tape… the water was uncontrollably going all over the floor of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. There was no hand soap at all nor anything in the shower. We had no hand towels at all. One shower towel only for 2 people and it was dirty. The bed sheets were ripped and the bed frame was Spiderman… there was only the thin sheets on the bed and there was mole on the bathroom

Prijs kwaliteit is zeker goed.

Stanza trascurata per non parlare del bagno con doccia senza box peccato che lo scarico era otturato e l’acqua andava a bagnare la stanza. Coperchio del water rotto , un solo asciugamano, pulizia carente , personale inesistente, colazione appena sufficiente. Hotel da evitare!

We had an air con system that leaked water all over our clothes. We swapped rooms. 2nd room much nicer. But shower broke. Had to be fixed. Lift broke for 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre. Only fruit on 2 days out of 6. We recommend the Beldi Fusion Kitchen on the corner of the road for really good breakfast!

The staff were great, location is great for (bus stop is nearby and plenty of restaurants in walking distance). The bathroom was quite dark, towels were quite old and used. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. A/C was in great working condition.

Le personnel vraiment très sympathique accueillant et attentionné de jour comme de nuit. Toujours disponible pour donner d’excellents conseils. Grande chambre avec grande terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. Petit bémol le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré . Sinon très content de notre séjour dans ce riad

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my trip to Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. It's a good base a little out from the centre so quite quiet. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice buffet breakfast. Good value.

It was a really pleasant stay for the price! Could not complain at all and the staff are very friendly and kind.

A nice place to stay a little out from the centre. I booked it as it was good value and I needed somewhere to park a rented motorcycle overnight. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. They got me a nice tagine when I arrived and there are other places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds. It is just a little faded grandure but it suited me fine. A quit location, busy road nearby.

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Un séjour très agréable.

Liked having a Small pool when it was too hot to explore. Didn’t like the air con leaking water all over floor when left on for more than half an hour. Shower floor soon fills up with water that takes awhile to drain.
