Ein Aufenthalt fand nicht statt, weil der Manager uns erklärte, dass er nicht mit ebookers zusammen arbeitet und folglich keine Buchung existiert !

We booked through Expedia but when we arrived they said that no booking was received and no room available. A terrible situation at night in a remote area. Expedia was helpful to find another accommodation

Bij aankomst konden ze onze boeking niet vinden. Later wel. Ze beweerden dat we niet hadden betaald bij de reservering. Dat hadden we wel. Ik moest opnieuw betalen. Cash. Pin werkte niet. Lawaai tot 4u in de ochtend. Op straat en van disco op begane grond. Kapotte ramen / glas ontbrak. Slechts 1 handdoek en kleren stukje zeep. Geen aandacht van receptie. Kamer was schoon. Restaurant was vies. Een grote blamage / afknapper.
