decent in general, although not entirely honest. When I booked it said "shuttle to/from airport". There wasn't any, the employees didn't know what it was, and made no effort to find out

Firstly I’d like to say the staff were all helpful welcoming and professional, however that is where the good news ends. Bedding is a scratchy blanket between two sheets. The communal areas are beyond just needing a clean with frayed capers and ancient decor long overdue an overhaul. Cheap but I’ve stayed in cheaper in the area that were cleaner with better facilities.

breakfast food is better from some hotels, however there were bed bugs and got bitten during the few nights stay, even after changing the bed sheets. something need to be done to the mattress, suggest changing to new ones if they have not been changed for a long time.

The location of the hotel was great.

everything as expected. clean and good area. very kind service. could leave the baggage and return to the big lobby later in the afternoon.

This hotel is ideally located among many restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some refurbishing. Wi-fi was good. The breakfast was quite limited. Good for the price.

昔の映画に出るような、典型的な古い趣のあるホテルである。 市街地から少し外れた場所にあり、買物と食事はやや不便である。 設備は古いが、手入れ、掃除は丁寧である。 ホテルには不釣り合いとも思われる、ラウンジが１階と１２階にある、 特に１２階のラウンジはShwedagon Pagoda が綺麗に眺望できる。 ラウンジは閑散としており、静かに飲める穴場である。　

Ein gutes Hotel mit hervorragender Ausgangsbasis zum Einkaufen. Zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig da nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse.

特筆すべきところはありません。 ドライヤーはフロントから借りれます。 設備は汚くないですが、灯りが少ない印象です。

The hotel was ok for the online price of about $80 USD/night for Yangon. However, if you do not book online, the price is $120/night and this hotel is not worth it. (for that price there are much nicer hotels in the area). The breakfasts were adequate, there is a new gym, and there is an interesting outdoor rooftop bar if desired. Though I had a non-smoking room, smoking was allowed in the next rooms and hallways. The carpeting, furniture, bedding/linens, and overall condition of the hotel was outdated, worn, and shabby. I chose this hotel only because it would except online and credit card payment which is difficult to find in Yangon hotels. Had I ben able to pay in cash, there is a much nicer hotel next door to Alfa for half the price of Alfa Hotel.

Expensive compared to some other countries. Very much a budget hotel. Good breakfast

建物は古いが部屋はきれい。従業員は誠実で親切。屋上のBarが値段もお手頃でいい。ヤンゴン中が見渡せるほど夜景はきれい。もちろんパゴダが正面に見える。 お湯も出るし、バスタブもカーテンもある。今回3回目だが、最初の1回はお湯の装置（部屋ごとのよう）が壊れていたみたいで全然ダメ。その後の2回は全く問題なし。

Facilities: Tired, Nothing special, Old, Grubby furniture; Value: Excessive, Not good value; Service: Respectful, Friendly, Courteous, Staff very helpful; Cleanliness: Dirty, Dirty linen mouldy bath; There are better places to stay, closer to the action and to eating options, eg the Central Hotel. It is, however, a short walk to the main market.
