The receptionist is friendly and speak good english and basically dont have any communication issue.
And they even took us out from grab car with umbrella in the driving rains day when car arrived.
room is cozy and breakfast was fantastic too

（最初スタンダードの部屋をもうしこんだのですが、窓の外は壁しか見えなくて窮屈に感じたので、スタッフに相談したところ、たまたま空いてたデラックスルームを見せてくれ、とても良かったので急遽追加料金を払い部屋を変えてもらいました。）
コンビニが周辺になく、レストランも少ないので、あらかじめ必要なものを買ってもち込んでおかないと、車が無い人は不便かも。

First of all, they said that I had changed the reservation but Expedia had not contacted the hotel.
The staff is always eager to provide good service.
Breakfast is inadequate, low in vegetables and protein.
There are many large houses around and few supermarkets or shops. However, there is a restaurant about a five minute walk away where you can have dinner.

Really nice place tucked away off of Than Lwin Road – so nice and quiet, surrounded with trees. Easy to get anywhere in Yangon quickly and cheaply (Grab ...)
Everything was super-clean, the owner very nice, the staff great, the room comfortable and delicious breakfast served in a lovley patio area.
Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and rooms were great, our room had a nice view of the famous pagoda. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 20-30 mins from the airport and 10-15 minutes taxi from city center. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again!!!

출장 차 방문했고, 호텔 룸은 안락하면서 직원분들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 특히 인터넷 시설이 훌륭했으며 숙소가 전체적으로 차분하고 조용했어요.
하지만 택시를 타지 않으면 접근하기 힘든 위치인게 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.

Sehr schönes kleines hotel mit super freundlichen Personal. Einer tollen kleinen Speisekarte mit regionalen Essen besonders hat mich gefreut einen Wein aus Myanmar zu trinken der top war.
Liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Botschaftsviertel und vieler NGOs. Mit dem Taxi ist alles schnell zu erreichen ich empfehle jeden Grab auf dem Handy zu installieren und am Flughafen direkt eine sim Karte zu kaufen dann steht einen entspannten Aufenthalt nix im Wege.
Danke nochmals an das tolle Personal und falls ich wieder nach Myanmar komme ist dies wieder mein hotel.

It was my first stop in Myanmar. I was greeted by friendly staffs and they showed me the room and surrounding area. The room was clean and bright which I was able to see the golden pagoda from my window.
The staff also helped me to buy urgent bus ticket to Bagan which I was not able to find it on internet.
Myanmar people are all nice but the staffs here are the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this little gem of a hotel. The location in one of Yangon’s nicest neighborhoods is very peaceful, and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself is charming and the food at the cafe is delicious, but the best part is the lovely staff, who are super-attentive and sweet. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Myanmar.

한달전 이틀묵고 이번에 3일 투숙했는데 작고 아담하고
작은 가든에 온것같아요 방은 2타입인데 작은방은 파고다가 보이고 조금더 큰방은 뷰는 없지만 넓고 쾌적하고 좋습니다 미얀마프라자 2000짯 정도에 갈수있고
고급 주택단지내에 있어서 이동시 프론트에 말하면 택시나 그랩을 불러줍니다. 저는 작은 가든에 온것처럼 편안했어요

We stayed for 5 days in Yangon, and the hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and breakfast was delicious. But the best part is the service. All the staff is especially friendly and helpful. Mr. Htun, the owner, gave us several good recommendations for sights to see and very good restaurants. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in operating a first class place. The peaceful surroundings of the hotel was a true salvation from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Taxis are inexpensive and easy to get via Grab (like Uber) or the Hotel staff.

インレー湖、アメリカ大使館から奥に入った高級住宅街の中で少し小高いところでシュエダゴン・パゴダが正面に見える最高のロケーション。中心部でリゾート感を味わえます。
こじんまりとしているが、まだ住宅からホテルに改装して3年程しか経ていないため設備も新しく、細部までデザインが行き届いています。
ただ周りが住宅街のため食事や買い物できるお店はなく、ちょっと出かけるにもタクシーやGrab利用が必須です。
朝食のモヒンガーが美味しかったです。
