The hotel staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and a pleasure to work with. Having said that, the hotel is old (clean), there is no hot water for the sink, no coffee pot (you have to call to the front desk for hot water). If you are a business traveler, this is the wrong place. If you are on a budget, this should do. The staff also has very limited English skills.

Very helpful polite staff, with clean though simple accommodation and buffet style breakfast (mostly Asian food). This is my third stay - happy to stay again. A few local places to eat, directly opposite the hotel, which are fairly basic but economical.

We were here for work, and upon check-in, found the room warm but this was quickly rectified. Service response was prompt and we changed to another room when the bathroom was not acceptable to us. However the staff's level of English is inadequate.
