Hotel A1

Sangat bagus lokasinya,ruangan besar,staff ramah.

Resepsionis kurang bisa bahasa Inggris dan tidak bisa menjelaskan sisi depan Hotel menghadap ke arah mana saat saya sedang berusaha memahami peta kota. Saat resepsionis salah menjelaskan tentang peta, Ia mengatakan bahwa petanya yang salah, Jadi saya tidak minat bertanya lebih lanjut: hotel dan kamarnya kuno, kaca-kaca jendela buram karena kotor. Di hari pertama, sprei tampak ada rambut, Karena sudah malam, saya pilih tidur di atas bed cover. Hari ke 2, sekitar pukul 3 sore, Kamar saya belum dibersihkan karena housekerper membersihkan kamar-kamar tamu yang baru check-out. Padahal tak nampak tamu baru yang tampak menunggu check-in. Saya diminta menunggu hingga housekeeper selesai membersihkan kamar lain. Saya tunggu di kamar, housekeeper tetap tidak juga datang. Saya telepon ke resepsionis, telponnya rusak, jadi saya ke lobi menanyakan hal ini. Saya bersikeras meminta kamar saya dibersihkan dulu. Setelah saya minta sprei diganti, Resepsionis kemudian menyuruh housekeeper untuk juga mengganti sprei. Saya lihat handuk wajah tampak memiliki bercak oranye yang sama dengan handuk wajah di hari 1, tapi saya sudah malas untuk minta ganti. Kamar non smoking berada di lantai bertanda non smoking tapi disediakan tempat puntung rokok di depa elevator sehingga para tamu merokok di koridor.

Harga murah kamar bagus. Breakfast bagus. Staf bersahabat. Lokasi cocok sebagai hotel transit untuk ke Bagan atau Inle lake. 55 menit ke bandara (kyatt 12000 dengan taksi pesan via hotel) 45 menit Terminal bus antar kota (7000yat pesan via hotel). Dekat dengan restoran GG, 1 menit jalan kaki dari hotel, murah bersih enak.

My holiday spent at A1 Hotel. That room is very clean, big, and comfortable for us. beside, We can borow bicycle with free fee, that is winderful when you stay here in your holiday. Thanks so much.

The room was amazing, nice and clean. They let me early check in for free. But the hot water didn't work. They had nice breakfast as well.

We lost the bag while the bus stop at Gas station between Bagan and Mandalay The staff really really help to cooperate with Bus company, Finally we got the bag back with all money and passport!! Great staff. Great service. Good location.

Good Location! Nice staff but WiFi doesn't work and have smell of smoke in a toilet! Hotel should remove urgently.
