The breakfast is nice.
Located next to chinatown and nightmarket.
The equipment shall be checked regularly， first the 1m ceiling cornice have been fallen, luckily I was not get hurted. Then I changed to another room. The ventilation fan in the bathroom not working in the second room.
Sound insulation shall also improve.

Close to china town centre point, but one way road. Room is small!
breakfast on roof of hotel, see all over Yangon city, quite good of food, very nice.
Water pressure is very strong, with good hot water for shower.
Air condition is very cool.

Second time here, first time no issues. No hot water due to the generator for two days, then, no cold water to mix it with when it was scolding. No air vent working, shower head fairly blocked, light broken in room. I have them a while day's notice to fix it but nothing was. Fairly average breakfast selection

スタッフは皆さん大変フレンドリーです。今回6泊しましたが私の部屋はバスタブ付きで非常にリラックス出来ました。湯量やシャワーの水圧も温度も全く問題無く使いやすいです。気になった点は換気扇、エアコンの音が比較的大きい事くらいです。朝食付きプランでしたが最上階のレストランは見晴らしも良く気持ちが良かったです。ただ毎日ほぼ同じメニューだったので長期の宿泊だと飽きてしまいますけど立地的に繁華街の直ぐそばでスーパーマーケットなども至近なのでコスパ含めて考えると最高にありがたい宿泊施設だと私は思います。
