Red Dragon Hotel

C est la 1ere fois au Myanmar ou l on a pas été bien accueilli, aucun sourire, salutations ou même réponse aux notres, à part par la jeune fille de l accueil.pas d eau potable, de draps, de séche cheveux ou même un mouchoir à dispo, pas ou très peu d internet et le salé du pdj n est pas terrible ( qd ils ne vous oublie pas de le servir..)

Should have a table or a rack to put my bag on instead of the floor . Other then that no real problems and nice friendly staff !!

It's a nice place, certainly would stay there again (actually I did indeed stay there a 2nd time). The rooms I had were surprisingly big, clean and pleasant. Breakfast is pretty good and the view from the rooftop terrace quite impressive. Staff is friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the cigarette smell in my room and in the lobby.

아주 좋은 위치에 있어서 시내를 이동할때 편리함 비교적 깨끗하고 가성비 좋은편임

The owner did not care at all of any of the problems that we had.No hot water, they asked to change the room from one day to another, carrying our bags Up and down 5 floors, not helpful with any question... Also very very noisy place.Not recomended at all, there are many other places in town much better.

Make sure you get a room In the lower floor. No elevator:) bathroom upstairs if you buy a budgetroom. Good breakfast, nice staff.

엘베가 없어서 트레킹 이후에는 오르 내리기 좀 힘들다. 시설 깨끗함.

This is more hostel than hotel and that should be your expectation when booking. For the price the accommmodatin is pleasingly satisfying. Simple, effective and a good resting place. Do not expect luxury and you most certainly will not be disappointed. I had booked the hotel on Expedia the night before travel and was pleasantly surprised to see my name appearing on a piece of paper as the train pulled into the station with free transport to the hotel. They must have assumed I was arriving by local train!!! Good location, relatively quiet and very satisfied.

The service there's so good, I took bus to Mandalay at 5 a.m next day ,they not only dropped me off there also packed breakfast for me and all free,the staffs are so nice ,everything is so good

생각지도 않은 기차역으로 픽업을 나와주어 편히 숙소까지 갔었고 제공하는 조식이 빵조각이 아닌 성의가 들어간 조식이였다 일박이였지만 잘 쉬고 이동하였다

Propre, bien placé et accueil correct. Personnel de cuisine qui ne comprend rien à l'anglais ni aux gestes, première fois en asie qu'on arrive pas à obtenir du riz blanc tout simple. La description de la chambre n' est pas conforme sur le site.

Nous sommes arrivés à hsipaw via un bus de nuit de Mandalay et surprise qqn nous attendait à la sortie de bus pour nous transférer à l hôtel en pick up. Nous y avons très bien été accueillis. Les chambres sont confortables. Très bon rapport qualité prix

ECONOMY ROOM DOESN'T HAVE BATHROOM NOR AIRCON. We have booked an economy room which according to the description on hotels.com has a aircon, cable TV, shower and many more. At the check in we were give cell like room with a fan and was told to use the shower we have to walk 2 floors up and then though the terrace alternatively 4 floors down near the reception. The building doesn't have a lift, which wasn't a problem for us, but may be for many. After long argument with the management we have managed to get the room we have paid for, but I had to put my foot down otherwise they were not interested in sorting the issue. To be honest it wasn't hotel's fault, simply wrong description on hotels.com (I have escalated the issue so it may be corrected by now), just make sure you book the right room. The hotel is in a very good location, no aircon means open windows at night which means a lot of noise from outside. The town comes alive at 4am as people come to the market and there is a lot of traffic. If you book economy room you have to be prepared to walk long way to the bathroom. Breakfast served on the terrace was good, toast with jam, coffee/tea and vegetarian stir fried noodles with fried egg on top. The view from the terrace are very nice. If it wasn't for the issue we had, we have enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel oferuje darmowy transfer z dworca kolejowego, ale miłą niespodzianką było gdy przyjechałem o 5 rano autobusem i na przystanku czekał tuk-tuk z hotelu. Nie było też problemu z tak wczesnym zakwaterowaniem. Pokój duży, tylko projektant nie pomyślał i w łazience nie ma ani jednej kratki wentylacyjnej, więc czuć w niej stęchlizną. Śniadania dość dobre, WiFi działa w pokoju. W hotelu jest wypożyczalnia rowerów. Gdy pytałem o podwiezienie na dworzec kolejowy po wymeldowaniu zaproponowano mi transport odpłatny, ale ostatecznie zawieziono mnie za darmo, więc najwyraźniej zależy to od recepcjonisty.

If you are expecting a hotel, you will be disappointed. Lower your expectations in accordance with the price you paid and expect a backpackers, and you will be fine.
