I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond during our stay to help us and provide us with comforts. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. Good location as well. They helped us with a half day tour and we had a great afternoon. One evening we wanted to go to the rooftop for drinks but it had just rained. About 5 staff worked to dry and set up the patio so we could enjoy a drink up there. The rooftop bar is really nice. The lemongrass chicken skewers sooo delicious.. a must try. We had an early morning boat ride, they set up a taxi and packed us a breakfast. Very lovely thoughtful staff. Thank you

The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. I found it really difficult to find restaurants, there were a few listed as open by google maps, but they already closed down. It was a struggle just to find a place to eat.

The property was very nice and the staff was great. The rooftop bar is awesome if you can bare the heat. The only downside is there are is nothing close by. If you are walking around at night, be careful as there are no street lights.

We stayed at The Hotel Nova for 3 nights and very much enjoyed it. The staff is really nice and eager to help with everything and the restaurant on the 10th floor serves good and very reasonably priced food (mix of local and western). The hotel is within walking distance of the night market, and centrally located in Mandalay. However, not with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Grab a taxi - it is not expensive to reach the good restaurants - we can highly recommend the Mingalarbar Myanmar Restaurant, which is excellent and serves great local food. If you are looking for a decently priced hotel with good comfort, The Hotel Nova is definitely a good choice.

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรม Hotel Nova อาจจะอยู่ห่างจากย่านธุรกิจบ้าง แต่ก็มีความสงบ ยามเช้า เมื่อออกมาเดินหน้าโรงแรม ก็จะเห็นผู้คนมากพอสมควร ที่ต่างก็ออกมาปฏิบัติภาระกิจในตอนเช้า สรุปแล้ว บรรยากาศดีครับ การทำกิจกรรมของเรา ส่วนใหญ่ ต้องใช้บริการรถแท็กซี่ ซึ่งพนักโรงแรมจะจัดหาให้เมื่อเราร้องขอ โรงแรมบริการดีครับ...

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel location is a bit far from everything else and you need to take a cab to access to restaurant, bars etc. Buffet breakfast was good with some variety of food. There is even a free cocktail served daily.
