The staff welcomed me very warmly and were helpful to my request. And just chatting with them was fun. The facility is also well-maintained and clean. I can enjoy the view from my room and walk around the hotel.

Everything was fantastic, staff was eager and always helpful. Couldn't ask for much more.

The staff are just wonderful, they cannot do enough for you. Perfect location to explore Kathmandu. Would definitely use this hotel again.

3つ星ホテルです。 新しくもないですが、古すぎもせず、清潔度はネパールにしてはまぁまぁだと思います。日本人でも清潔度に関してはあまり不満なく泊まれます。 マリアットやハイアットリージェンシーなどと比べるとだいぶ落ちますが、値段を考えるとコスパは良好。 何より、タメル地区のど真ん中にあるのでそう言った高級ホテルでのんびりするよりはダウンタウンを散策したい人に向いています。 外国人向けの繁華街の中にあるので、レストランや買い物には困りません。 治安も良好で、23時くらいまではたくさん外国人が出歩いているので女性でも安心と思います。 25時過ぎになると人は疎にはなりますが夜道という感じではなく警察も巡回していて男1人で出歩いても危険は感じませんでした。 トリブバン空港からはプリペイドタクシーで850ルピー。20分くらいで着きます。通常タクシーはそれより少し安いです。 ・朝食:やはり豪華ホテルのようなクオリティや種類はなく、サラダとパン3種類、ヨーグルト、シリアル、スープ、8種類のグリル(ソーセージやゆで卵、野菜炒め、ヌードル、パスタ、ポテト、トマトソテー、郷土料理などが日替わり)であり、個人的には全部美味しくてお代わりしまくりました。皿などもそれなりに綺麗でした。 ・ホテル設備:ロビーはゆったり座れます。エレベーターのボタンが故障して動かなかったりしました。 ・客室設備:カードキー式。エアコン、冷蔵庫付きで、ボトルウォーターが2本提供されます。セーフティボックスはクローゼットに備え付けの木製の引き出しで、物理的な鍵で開け閉めします。鍵が無かったのでフロントに問い合わせたら、結局見つからず翌日に部屋を変えてもらいました。フロントに貴重品を預けることもできます。コンセントはネパール式ですが、ベッドサイドの一つだけは日本式が刺さるものあります。 ・アメニティ:歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー、ティッシュペーパーがあります。 ・テレビ:Netflix等も見ることができます。 ・Wi-Fi:速度も安定性も良好でした。 ・シャワー:温度調節が難しいですが安定はしています。シャワーヘッドは水圧が弱かったですが、通常の蛇口と天井シャワーはそれなりに水量がありシャワーを浴びる際には天井シャワーをお勧めします。 ・眺望:カトマンズの山々と街が一望できます。 ・スタッフ:英語が通じます。掃除のおばちゃんやセキュリティスタッフもとても親切で明るいです。 ・スパ:利用していませんが、割引があります。

The hotel is new , fully sprinkled - and has wonderful facilities --walk straight out the door into shopping areas.

I booked the room but after I reached there . The receptionist said there is no room. Why would somebody book a room and go the hotel if there is no room. I was tired and had to walk for nothing.

Originally I stayed at Meridian inn and absolutely felt unsafe inside and outside the hotel so I moved here. This hotel is clean, bright, new and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's situated in Thamel which is absolutely amazing (go left out the front to do some shopping) and I was so happy and impressed at my stay here. I'd love to come visit again!

It was noise outside of the hotel until 3 am so I found it difficult to sleep

the stay was awesome... once the taxi drops at the lainchur entrance of thamel, its less than 2 min walk to hotel. very cozy stay and warm welcoming staff. the housekeeping staff are also very professional. the owner of the hotel himself interacted and based on my feedback on the food expense, they offered a good discount on the food ordered in room.

i booked the room from hotels.com - i got upgraded to an AC room at the rate of standard room. the centre of the hotel has a well maintained garden which gives u a feel that u are in some peaceful place (despite thamel being very crowded). A value for money, very warm welcoming staff.
