It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Landmark Pokhara. Specially I was touched by their hospitality and service. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is right in the middle of Pokhara lakeside tourist area. Loved the lake and mountain view from my balcony. Definitely would like to stay on my next trip to Pokhara.

It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel.

Hospitality was good and staff were well behaved. Only drawback was the breakfast was cold and staff insufficient to look after all the guests adequately. Location and hospitality great but has inadequate staffing for the restaurant.

Room is clean and spacious, hotel staffs are friendly, how ever restaurant service is terrible. Breakfast is filled with Indian food (for a second I was confused if I am in hotel in Nepal or south india,) with not much option for people who do not like spicy from morning. Funny part is when asked for regular coffee (americano), manager said there is no coffee available to purchase in entire pokhara so no Coffee.

This hotel has an old part and new part. I’ve stayed four times and love the old part. Yes it’s a walk-up but has better lake views. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The staff are multilingual and professional and eager to pleAse. The new wing is very nice with upgraded amenities. Breakfast was included and the price is good. Location excellent. Really made our stay in Pokhara. We left bags here while we were trekking. Will be happy to return there and I recommend

Nice little hotel in a really great location. Rooms were clean and functional if a little dated. the building itself is really beautiful though and much more charming than many of the hotels in this part of Pokhara. Breakfast wasn't amazing but on-par with most other places I've stayed in the area. Service was great - really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is in great location and good enough. However there was no hot water, wifi signal was weak, and view of lake was a bit of an exaggeration. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall an ok hotel but there are better ones in Pokhara for the same value.

Great hotel with good services. We had a room in the back building and somehow the smell of sewage was overwhelming... It would've been a very good stay (and rating from us) if it wasn't for that smell which was there all the time.

We have stayed for a short duration in Landmark hotel. The location is excellent and the management is very friendly and helpful. They have guided us to the best attractions through the most trustworthy associates. We were very pleased with our stay. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Pokhara.
