We really liked this hotel! It’s cute and cozy. Perfect location with so many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect for Andre Rieu concert but everything else was really poor closer to 2 star nowhere near 4 star. No Bar , no restaurant, and entire hotel was dirty and needed a thorough clean and upgrade. The lift smelt rank and only went to 4th floor which then required a higly dangerous climb up vertical, narrow stairs trying to carry suitcase to get to all rooms on 5th Floor. No help offered by staff. Rooms & bedding smelt, decor aweful and shower was weak and broken. There were trip hazards everywhere and dangerous for the many OAP's and Disabled people who stay here. Photos give a false impression that you can see the square which is only visible from the breakfast room, & even that was taken many years ago as the trees have now grown and hide the view. Way overpriced for every aspect, even allowing for the good location.

Tolle Lage. Das wars aber auch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt jedoch nicht.. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Sehr kleines Bad ohne Ablagen, das Duschbad/Shampoo stand am Waschbecken, da in der Dusche leider kein Platz war.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat 12 Stunden gebraucht, um von 26,8 auf 25,8 Grad zu kühlen, dadurch war es viel zu warm.
