請櫃台幫忙叫計程車，時間到了，車子卻沒有來，而且協助叫車的櫃檯還說我們沒有說要叫車
跟櫃檯反應沒有面紙與衛生紙，但回到房間也沒有補上
飯店設施老舊，每天也不補足備品，一晚卻要8000多台幣，除了地點不錯，實在找不到其他優點了

Bis auf das wir zunächst nicht das Zimmer bekommen haben welches wir gebucht hatten und erst am nächsten Tag umziehen konnten, ist das Hotel top. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Top Lage und nettes Personal.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, Parkhaus mit dabei, was sehr hilfreich ist. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr schön und wir haben gut geschlafen. Der Check-In war etwas schleppend und die Zimmerreinigung musste extra angefordert werden…ansonsten würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen! Gleich nebenan gibt es die COFFEELOVERS, wo wir jeden Tag ein traumhaftes Frühstück zu uns genommen haben, was sehr zu empfehlen ist!

This would be a 5 but for one issue. A hotel of this price should have a refrigerator that refrigerates. I was told "oh, we have a different system here. It won't make your item cold, but if you put something in it, it will maintain its temperature." I pointed out that then it was not a refrigerator. They shrugged.
That aside, it was fine. Request a river view room. Skip breakfast however - 30 euros is a bit much.

駅からも近く、周辺観光名所に歩いてすぐ行けます。すぐ近くにアルバートハインもあります。部屋は大変清潔で快適、良いホテルです。800番台の部屋の進み方が、目立たない箇所の階段を降りる必要があります。そこだけわかりずらいです。大きめのスーツケースを持ってる人は階段頑張る必要があります。ドライヤーの風量が弱いです。冷房有り、ベットにUSB充電口有り。朝食は大変美味しく、種類があります。マース川を眺めながらの朝食は本当に快適でした。

Bar service extremely good. Went above and beyond. Woken in the morning by workmen hammering next door. When asked at checkout about I stay i mentioned then being woken by workmen and no warning and the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said that doesn’t normally happen! Also forgot to give us the ticket to get out of the csrpark
