Perfectly in the centre and with clean room and good view

很寬敞舒適，美中不足的是沒有升降機，樓梯有點斜，出入時不方便，但房間感覺舒服，所以整體來說挺好的。

Great location, great facilities in the apartment, though there was little space around the bed. Also, the coffee machine did not seem to work. Maybe a simple cafetiere would be easier and better for the environment?

Geweldige locatie als je van drukte houdt. Mooi appartement compleet ingericht. Rook wel een beetje bedompt bij aankomst.

Studio ganz okay, aber um in diese zu kommen, muss man eine SEHR STEILE UND ENGE TREPPE bewältigen!!! Mit einem leichtem und kleinem Gepäck gehts so einigermassen. Die Treppenabsätze sind gerade mal so tief, dass man max. mit dem halben Fuss auftretten kann! Für ältere Leute und die nicht gut per Fuss sind eine schier nicht zu bewältingende Aufgabe! Die Heizung wird mittels einer Klimaanlage betrieben, die vom Platz so unglücklich gewält ist, dass der Raum nicht ordentlich geheizt wird. Hotel sehr nah an der Metro. Verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten (Thai, Vietnamesisch, indisch, Burgerläden, Steaks .....)

Très bien ! Le studio est parfaitement agencé, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé ! Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit alors que nous étions vendredi soir. Le seul point négatif que nous pouvons retenir et qu’il n’a pas été possible de laisser nos bagages lorsque nous avons quittés le studio, nous avons dû trouver et payer un service de consigne à bagages.

Mooie nette stijl, alles aanwezig, heerlijke bedden, keuken met vaatwasser! Mooie badkamer en heerlijke douche. Super centraal gelegen

L'appart-hôtel est très confortable avec une literie de qualité. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville. L'escalier d’accès aux chambres est petit et très très raide. En face l’hôtel il y a un des sept coffee shop de Rotterdam ouvert jusqu'à minuit et à coté il y a un bar qui ferme à 4 heure du matin. les nuits sont bruyantes

Alles tiptop, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Perfekte Lage, fast alles in Laufnähe und Metro wie Leihfahrräder direkt um die Ecke. Klimaanlage vorhanden!

Muito difícil chegar no quarto, a escada é íngreme e não tem elevador.

Recently renewed rooms, meeting all my needs. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine... I slept very well in a very comfortable bed. They warned about noise in the streets: yes there is, but I slept like a baby. Something negative? Well ok, it's a steep staircase to get to your room

Leuk studioappartement in Rotterdam. Alles aanwezig. Moderne sfeer. Midden tussen kroegen en restaurants. Prima plek.

zeer goede uitvalbasis voor bezoek Rotterdam. In levendige omgeving heb je toch een gevoel van privacy. Nette studio voorzien van alles wat je nodig heb voor een geslaagde citytrip

Appartement sympa, mais le strict minimum en terme de confort. Quartier vivant mais qui peut se révéler très bruyant. En fonction de l'appartement que l'on a, on peut avoir beaucoup d'étages à monter, et l'escalier est très raid.

Our stay at De With Studios was mostly a very pleasant experience - the place itself was lovely, and the little kitchen made it feel like staying in a little apartment rather than a hotel room, which helped us feel more at home. I had two main quibbles with our stay. Firstly, we woke up on the final day to find the power had failed in the apartment. Not really their fault, and it was apparently down for the whole building, but it was a bit of a shock as the room was pretty cold when we woke up to check out! Again, it's hard to blame the hotel when the whole building loses power, but it meant we had to skip breakfast and showers before leaving. The second issue was more of a problem during the stay - the mattress was actually two mattresses on a kingsize frame, which left a big gap we kept falling down! I'm aware these double mattress options are quite common (and I wouldn't have liked to have to carry a kingsize mattress up those stairs!) but it would have been good to have that communicated on the site so we could make an informed decision before booking. Other than those issues, though, it was a lovely stay. Thank you De With!
