Outstanding in every sense of the word. The staff were incredibly friendly and even welcomed guests with fresh cookies 🥹 Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and really good quality food. The rooms were clean, modern, and had beautiful views. Because of the location, it’s also super quiet, perfect if you actually want to rest, while still being close to amazing restaurants and bars. The location is ideal if you prefer staying away from the busy city centre. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the pier, where you can catch a free ferry that takes you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes ❤️ Can’t wait to come back to Amsterdam and come back to this hotel

It is close to the ferry and it takes just about 10 minutes free ride to the busy Central station . Staff were nice, breakfast was good, room was clean. Ms Cielo in the Brooklyn restaurant was super friendly. The hot waffles were unforgettable too.

房間空間感夠大，位置於central station 對岸，夜晚較靜，沒有什麼餐廳選擇，所以適合自駕遊，酒店旁邊有停車場，酒店停車場收費每日15歐元，價錢也算合理。酒店前行2分鐘有免費小輪往central station ，也算方便。

Room is arranged on the ground floor and a car park just outside the big window, a bit noisy at night. The design of bathroom is bad. After you take a shower, the floor get wet everywhere. Though the staffs were very friendly, and the food of restaurant really good, I don’t think I would stay there next time.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang,die Zimmer sind zu dritt zwar sehr klein und etwas eng aber für 3 Nächte war es ausreichend. Leider war für unsere dritte Person das Bett,Handtücher nicht vorbereitet aber das wurde nach „Bemängelung“sofort behoben. Das Frühstück gab zwar nicht mega viel an Auswahl her,aber trotzdem wurde man satt und es wurde immer darauf geachtet nachzulegen. Für Vegetarier geeignet nicht aber für Veganer. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden. ca.3 min zu Fuß zur kostenlosen Fähre und nicht mal 15 Minuten später ist man direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir würden das Hotel wieder nehmen.

We reached hotel around 10.30 pm. Lighting of the room was too dark and very few cabinets luckily we stayed only 3 nights so don’t have much clothes. Restaurant is same poor lighting. You don’t know what’s on yr plate . Don’t know whether the plates or anything clean or not. Breakfast was basic and every day same and cold. Bathroom in the room was quite spacious and clean. WiFi was fast. Ferry close to the hotel which takes you to the city or central station…

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam NDSM. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with a free ferry connection from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM, which makes access easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff we absolutely amazing. Obi helped us at check in and he could see how tired we were after having cancelled flights. He was able to get our room open early for us and it meant the world. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful. I will be coming back.
