Great hotel! very comfy, clean and stylish, kind staff, would love to come back again! The only thing I want to complain is the staff misunderstood my Nationality. I'm from Taiwan not China! 很不錯的飯店,非常有設計感很舒適,當初看到很多台灣人住過推薦,但櫃檯還是誤把我的國籍寫China..有當場跟他更正,希望之後去的台灣旅客不會再被搞錯:)

Staff very friendly and professional. Christina and Catherina at the reception were great! Hotel is not in a tourist area but with the tram everything is easily accessible. Decor is modern and hotel is clean. The Food-mart next to the hotel is a great place to eat. Bathroom in superior room is big and beautiful however the saloon style door did not provide much privacy.

service was terrible - staff were undertrained (front desk) and clearly not accommodating or very helpful. Wifi was also quite spotty. Unfortunate because locations and room overall was good.
