Staff was helpful as always. Paid more for a studio and it’s definitely worth it! So spacious with a kitchenette. Everything is clean and well maintained. Location is amazing as you’re right next to the train station and a 3 min walk from the city or a 5 min walk from park Sonsbeek. Buses are easy too from central station. Parking is available at central station and it’s €24 euros for 24hrs which isn’t bad at all! Highly recommend and love coming back here, it’s my 4th time!

Great breakfast with lots of variety and beautiful views of the city! Very conveniently located next to the train station. Staff were super helpful when I was renting a bike and looking for recommendations of where to go.

Dua malam pertama kami merasa gatal-gatal ketika tidur di sini. Pagi harinya kami meminta sprei diganti tapi malam ketika kami balik ke hotel sprei tidak diganti. Keesokan harinya bahkan kamar kami tidak dibereskan. Ketika saya complain meminta pergantian sprei malam hari mereka bilang bahwa house keeping hanya sampai jam 3 sore jadi mereka hanya memberi kami sprei bersih dan kami diminta mengganti sprei sendiri 😅. Sabun mandi di kamar mandi kosong pun tidak diisi, sehingga kami perlu turun ke receptionist untuk meminta sabun. Tidak ada telepon di kamar untuk menghubungi receptionist. Kelebihan hotel ini hanya 1, lokasinya yang sangat bagus terletak di seblah central station.
