The hotel location couldn't be better. Is close to all the many attraction but not in the middle of the central area. There is a tram stop just across the street.
The hotel is modern and the staff very professional and kind. I was surprised about the size of the room, more spacious that most of standard rooms at European hotels.

Great location close to museums and Het Concertgebouw, but away from the flotsam of partyers. Room was very spacious and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a fabulous short stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast buffet superb. Love the green stay, where you get a free drink in the bar for any day you don't have housekeeping. Excellent location with tram and bus stops nearby. Will stay again and would recommend.

Reception is fine
Breakfast and the lady welcomes us was very nice, she even remembers my room number when I came the second day
The amenities are normal and I ordered extra tissue paper and face towers through the app but didn’t get it
Location is nice overall it is above the average but will choose another next time

Had a great stay at NH Amsterdam Leidseplein. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was fantastic, nice and clean and plenty of space. Would highly recommend staying, not only is it a great hotel with bar and food, but it’s conveniently located.
Only feedback I would have is for the team at NH Amsterdam Leidseplein to invest in a second card reader at the bar. I had to wait a while to pay for drinks as the card reader was being used for room service. But it was no problem to wait. Great stay overall and would definitely stay here again.
