The Andrè Rieu package was very well done. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the same room, although we had booked 2 nights separately from the concert package. And they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost for one of the nights when there were no similar rooms to our package room. They made everything easy and the food overall was great as well.

Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply.

這家飯店的櫃檯服務人員不專業，Check in 當晚收了City Tax, 等到Check out 時付費刷卡，收據上面顯示City Tax被扣掉，導致總價少了City Tax費用, 這樣公司報帳時會出問題，跟櫃台反應這個問題，她完全不承認有問題，一直說他們收據都是這樣不含City Tax價格，直到我拿出別間Hotel 含City Tax的收據後，他才願意重新印一張正確的收據

My room type is spacious. Air-conditioning is noisy. Quality of shower gel and shampoo is bad and not even toothbrush or tooth paste is provided. Towels and bed covers are old so not feeling comfortable at all! It needs refurbishment.

It is a nice hotel in average. The breakfast was served till noon on Sunday. But it isn't located in the center, it is a long walk from the hotel. They also put extra bed for my five year daughter. If there is a chance, we would like to stay in this hotel again!

The hotel is directly located next to the Mecc Maastricht and has a good connection with train/bus to inner city. Good food/beverages options in restaurant and bar. Hotel rooms are large and clean, but look old fashion and need renovation. Overall prices are too high for the service offered.

The staff was nice and professional, but they were unable to improve our experience: some things can't be fixed. In this particular case, the A/C. I was in a conference, with multiple friends/colleagues. Every room was hot! And when I say hot, I mean "open your window because it's better outside hot". Now, the hotel may tell you that it was a heat wave and they couldn't do anything. But I arrived a few days before the heat wave and it was already unbearable. I complained, they came, "fixed" it (said it was working) but it was just like before: hot!!!

Op loopafstand van het MECC vind u dit hotel, de kamer is schoon maar heeft geen airco en het raam kan uitsluitend op Kiepstand, dus veel te heet. De Douche is netjes maar erg oudbollig. Ontbijt is prima, maar voor een zakenreiziger die veel overnachtingen op jaar basis doet is het Garner hotel in Maastricht een veel betere optie.
