1. Service was good and room was clean upon arrival. 2. Server Habib gave me good service as well at breakfast time, service with a smile. 3. Restaurant (Kreuken & Bar) looked very cozy and always inviting/, modern, clean. 4. Quiet area from city centre worked well for me and large room worked best for me, and location was good too as it was 1/2 between AMs & City Centre.

After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel that we pre-booked a month in advance. Albeit, we were a couple of hours before the 3pm check in time. We dropped our luggage and were told to come back around 3 (no problem!). We got back at 2:50, checked if our room was ready and were told 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning. I gave them 20 minutes to be kind, and upon arriving to the desk again they informed me it would be maybe 20, maybe 30, maybe 40 minutes to finish cleaning. Our party of 3 was offered 1 drink ticket for the closed restaurant. We finally got checked in after over an hour of waiting and when arriving to the room realized it had a horrendous smell of BO, dirty floors, splatter on walls and cupboards, stains on the bathroom floor and broken glass & cigarettes outside the window we had to open for air. Not at all the experience I was hoping for our first night in Amsterdam. We were also completely ignored by who appeared to be the manager, though I heard my name in conversation between him and colleagues while we waited. Will absolutely not return. I hate to leave a poor review, but it’s been a week since emailing Radisson and I’ve heard nothing in response.

Service is below standard. Also no cleaning during 4-nights stay. Had to go the ask for showergel and toilet paper from the reception. Windows in the room were very dirty (both outside and inside). Furniture partly old and broken.

Os lençóis estavam sujos, solicitamos que fosse feito a troca da roupa de cama. Demoraram bastante para entregar a roupa de cama limpa, que nós mesmos já haviamos falado que fariamos a troca, apenas queria que o quarto estivesse devidamente limpo. A limpeza do quarto é cobrado a parte, no dia seguinte a água do ralo do chuveiro voltou e com bastante sujeira, pia do banheiro entupida. Solicitamos que a manutenção fosse verificar, a recepção queria cobrar taxa de limpeza do quarto. Relatamos que não se tratava de estarmos pedindo para fazer a limpeza comum de quarto, e sim que a manutenção fosse verificar o que estava acontecendo e nos deixar acomodados em um quarto realmente funcional. E novamente, resposta negativa. Não foram verificar e ficamos com o banheiro com problema durante nossa estadia.

Nice to have a kitchenette with a microwave and hob along with a small barfridge and dishwasher. Good onsite parking although a but expensive conpared to other hotels on our stay at about Euro15/day. Room was good size, but overall very dirty with and non-front desk staff were found to be rude. Shower had good pressure and was a walk in, decent sized bathroom.

La habitación excelente, grande, moderna, bien equipada, limpia al llegar, pero las siguientes 4 noches no limpiaron pese a haberlo solicitado. Finalmente limpiaron a mi quinto día. El desayuno variado y bueno. El host y personal de restaurante 100 puntos, amables, cordiales. El personal de recepción nada amable, cero nivel de servicio, todo el tiempo enojados, caras largas como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al atenderte, terrible, lo contrastaste fue el host del restaurante, que es todo lo contrario, un caballero! Estuve 7 noches y 8 dkas

Generally service levels in the bar & breakfast were lacking. Although clean, the hotel felt a little uninvested in.

Room was comfortable, good bed etc. shower was okay without being great and the small kitchen area was good. Standard overcomplicated TV system which appears to be the standard offering in all hotels now. Gym was excellent Breakfast was somewhere between poor and awful. Not enough food for number of guest, terrible warm food with fat drenched bacon, uncooked sausages and tasteless egg. Fruit was poor quality and had residual onion/garlic flavours from chopping boards. Dinner was not much better and took forever. Entire hotel was significantly understaffed in all areas from slow check in to overwhelmed catering staff. All staff were friendly and spent most of the time apologising to guests and desperately trying the deliver some kind of acceptable level of service. Hotel location is pretty dire as well so no escape for dinner easily. It is in the middle of a business park with nowhere to eat within walking distance. If you need a bed for the night and are not a fan of a descent breakfast, this is actually a good bet. If you wish to eat anything or execute any process quickly, I would look elsewhere
