Clean and modern room with good accessibility to metro.

I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!

The staff there were not helpful. The breakfast was totally not worth it.

Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow that I didn’t receive a reply until the day I checked in which was pretty disappointing.

Fantastic stay! Super clean rooms, amazingly attentive staff, and a diverse, delicious breakfast. Also very well connected for travel and getting around. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying.

Convenient and lovely hotel.

The room was in a pretty good condition besides water damage on walls and ceiling, it was stunning very spacious modern design. Something that should’ve been included would be a microwave especially for a residential room. Hotel staff were nice. Somewhat out of the way you had to go out of your way to find them despite being 24/7 my biggest complaint was housekeeping which was terrible. We had bottles of cleaning products left in our room. We had places our room completely uncleaned. We stayed in a room for seven days and the bedsheets had not been changed once. Also the tech failed quite often an iPad was needed to control the lights which had many difficulties and the TVs needed a lot of troubleshooting

Good location, easy to access via metro and metro is a 2/3 minute walk away. Lovely hotel, very stylish and affordable for what it is. Slightly annoying about cleanliness of room - never once was our room turned down. But on the day of our check out, housekeeping barged in without knocking. Also you’re unable to use the iPad which controls the lighting, windows and temperature of the room on day of check out… even though you have paid up until check out.

Clean, modern, excellent breakfast, quiet room, easy train ride to the center - could not wish for a better accommodation to explore Amsterdam.

My only complaint is that there are NOT a lot of food options available near by, except McDonald's

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

This place was great. Decent price, nice room. Efficient check in and elevators. Close to the metro and can get anywhere quickly. I’ll stay here again.
