服務態度很好，餐廳也很好吃👍

適合長輩旅遊居住，浴缸、床、便利的小物件都很棒，窗簾無電動開關設計不是很好拉!門房(白人)服務稍冷漠，check-in後，僅介紹房間內部，酒店設施與免費享用的部分並未主動告知客人。

I don’t write reviews…But for the Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam I will. They were perfect. Honestly. In the business and did not want to leave. The service was spot on. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

The Waldorf in Amsterdam is an exquisite Hotel. Beautiful, clean and the attention is excellent.

Terrible staff and service. Severely overpriced property that doesn’t deliver, inconsiderate staff, several lapses in basic service - these folks don’t care for their customers - it’s all about the money. We spent more than double compared to any other hotel in Amsterdam, and it was a big mistake. Don’t make the same mistake we did. This hotel is not worth it at all!, even if it was priced half of its current crazy high price.

This is a fantastic hotel for those who are not budget conscious. Everything is firstip rate from the moment you enter the building until you leave it. This is a hotel that you’re sad to leave when your trip is over

Stayed here many times . Lovely staff, beautiful location , nicely detailed rooms. Big difference in experience between front facing canal view rooms and non view rooms.

What a lovely business trip! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by smiling faces at both the entrance and then during check in with my guest service host Meÿke. She went out of her way to book me a ticket to the Van Gogh museum and a private sunset wine and cheese cruise on the canals on the most beautiful wooden boat. The propertyi is immaculate and the service is 5 star all around. Finally the beds were like sleeping on figurative clouds. I highly recommend this hotel.
