A bit of a find! I made a last minute booking and wanted to stay in the Museum Quarter because of the proximity to the Rijksmuseum and to be in a quieter area. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Even the breakfast scored highly for variety and quality. In terms of customer service I'd like to mention Jorge, who was exemplary. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Got double room on ground floor with no windows.
Great room, no complaints at all. Spacious, comfortable beds and bedding. Air conditioning worked great.
Clean, adequately sized bathroom. Comfortable shower stall with rainfall shower head, hot water worked well.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Conveniently located hotel, out of main area so is quieter, but very easy access via walking and tram stops.
Minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal station.

Location is great, only 5mins walk to major museums in Amsterdam. And 5mins to airport bus 397 station.
The cleanliness of the room is below average. We stayed for 7 days and the hotel only replaced our hand towels and shower towels for 3 times. And we only had shower mat for 2 days out of the 7 days. I’m not sure it’s the environmental friendly policy of the hotel or what, but i saw no such signs in the room.
And the bed linen was not changed once during our stay.
I think for the price I paid, I can find better hotel than this.

旅館位置便利，離梵谷美術館、荷蘭國家博物館等都很近；但是房間極小，真的非常小！我們訂了兩個房間，入住時兩間的備品都不齊全（一間忘了放毛巾、一間少了一罐沐浴乳），雖然和櫃檯反映後很快補上，但還是覺得這樣等級的房間一晚要162歐元有點貴呀......大概阿姆斯特丹物價就是這麼高吧。

Rummet var ganska litet men vi hade bokad med delade sängar och de låg i varsin del av rummet vilket var toppen! Vi saknade sänglampor och krokar i badrummet. Var bara en stol, hade varit bra m två. Hotellet låg i en lugn del av museeumkvateret m små mysiga restauranger i närheten.

Hyggelig personale, rommene helt ok. Merker at det er litt slitt og luktet litt rart, kloakk lukt på badet den ene dagen. Frokost til 15 euro, om man ønsker det. Testet ikke dette ut. Ligger sentralt i gå avstand til både Riksmuseet og Van gogh- gode restauranter i nærheten

This was an affordable room in the Museum Quarter which was a good location for my short visit to Amsterdam. My room was clean, but unbelievably small. There was a strong sewage smell in one corner of the room. I imagine that this came from outside, but it was still unpleasant. The staff was helpful but cool.
