We enjoyed our short stay. Room was very nice with a great kitchenette , a small table and 2 chairs. Very clean. We selected because it was not in the center of town but had easy access to travel out to areas nearby. Everyone was very accommodating. Parking spot for our room.

Checkin was a little long as the receptionist was on the phone when I arrived.
Was given a 150-200ml bottle of milk to take to the room for coffee milk.
Room was tidy and roomy, bed comfortable. I did have to unplug the clock radio to plugin my charger but otherwise all was good 👍.
Nice shower in bathroom, great pressure.
The only downside was the price which was +10% of the other motels around.
Was a good 1 night stay for appointment at the Hospital.

The staff were very good and unobtrusive. The coffee and tea supplies weren't replenished daily which was a disappointment. The bed was remade which was a pleasant surprise

Clean, convenient to hospitals, noisy road but good double glazed soundproofing.
Paved area at lower end of of northern first floor stairs unsafe - area 'dished' for stormwater drainage within about 20cm of bottom step - trip/fall hazard.
Poor lighting in 'kitchen' area of our unit.
