I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends. The rooms are clean and spacious, I really enjoy the beautiful night view of Sky Tower. The location is very convenient whether it's shopping or eating. I'll come again if I have time.

By average the room is good. Location is not bad as well. However, the kitchen is not really big and the cups and plates are a bit dirty where we need to clean before using. Also, when we use the standing bath, it is found that a lot of water were coming out on the floor where we need to make it dry afterwards.

酒店火警鐘經常誤嗚，很是騷擾，要來住的朋友要留意這點，但位置裡面各樣都很不錯的，其他都很滿意，另外停車要收費，而且很貴，一晚要nzd 30

I like the staff and how close everything is to the hotel. I don’t like that there was a white stain on the cushion, shower pressure was absolutely terrible. It was hard to find a good temperature as it kept going so hot. Definitely time for a new shower head.

The location is very good. Near to shopping street ,super market. The room is clean and view is nice ,
night view also.
Bathtub, kitchen, microwave, ,refrigerator, swimming pool, fitness gym, all we want is there . (dish washer is out of order . The repairman can't come during our stay.)
We have never heard of Avani before, but we were satisfied with your hotel.

I always enjoy staying at the Avni Metropolis. The front desk is friendly and welcoming. Compared to other hotels, the Avani Metropolis is very spacious. Although there are no on-site restaurants, the rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, and numerous cafes and restaurants are nearby.

We generally have a great check in and seamless entry to the room. This time, we were told the room was ready, the card didn’t work for the lift and had to be reprogrammed, then when we arrived to the room housekeeping were still there. The room was not ready. We asked for the room to be made up and it was delayed and then when undertaken, very sloppy. I may as well have just pulled the sheets over! No care at all.
