We stayed in a regular room, 3 adults with two queen beds. The room was large. I had asked for a shower chair and informed during booking that I will bring suction grab bars. After 3 days, the shower chair did not materialize. I was told the hotel could not get one. We moved to the smaller accessible room ( one leg amputee ).
The housekeeping staff did not place sufficient towels either they forgot towels or milk, or coffee or something. The stuff to make coffee or tea were old. We stayed for a week.
Front desk staff were excellent. Overall excellent place.

各フロアに飲料水が設置されていて、水筒にも補充できるのが便利で、滞在中に水を購入する必要がなかったのは初めての経験でした。
観光ツアーの集合時間に遅れそうになった際も、クロークのスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれて本当に助かりました。
全体を通して快適で印象に残る滞在となり、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。

Conveniently located. The airport bus stop is near the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants along Queens Street. The breakfast is fine but I suggest changing the menu a bit for those who stay more than two days.

乾淨，床及枕頭舒服。有２瓶免費飲用水．有ＵＳＢ插座，方便客人义电，不用加adaptor.我们早上9:00到，獲early check in.門外有skybus去机場。在Queen street,食嘢及買嘢方便。附近有巴士站去市内各旅遊点。行去碼頭坐船約1５分鐘。浴室內花灑頭太大太重，一路冲涼－路掉下來，好不方便。

在半夜聽得到有人在接上放歌，也時常聽到警察車鳴笛聲。床鋪睡起來稍不舒適，可能因為床鋪塵屑稍多，輕微拍打會飄至空中，導致鼻塞。

It's a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is good. There's a rooftop bar with a good view of the city. Only thing I didn't enjoy was having to pay for parking in addition to the hotel fee.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient location. Only issue was that for the price and the luxury expected, there was no bath tub. Bed was very comfortable but kept on sliding from the wall. No bathrobes and no swimming pool nor sauna. Gym was basic.

A comfortable on night stay. Greta bed and quite room on 15th level with harbour view which was unexpected. We took the offer of joining the Marriott club this time as we have stayed here a few time. We were immediately given a discount on drinks at the bar. We had a car to park and opted for valet as we didn’t want to fuss with the self park option. The parking package included a breakfast buffet for 2 - this was great value and the breakfast was excellent. Very nice omelet to order, pastries and the usual buffet fare. Great front desk service too
