Reserve y pague por adelantado una habitacion para 2 personas. Cuando llegue al alojamiento, primero querian cobrarme nuevamente porque decian que no estaba pago, por mas que les mostraba la copia impresa de la reserva pagada, y hasta el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de credito donde constaba el pago.
Luego de eso me decian que mi reserva era en una habitacion de 8. Por mas que les mostre el comprobante, me decian que el error era de hotels.com. llame a hotels.com y tampoco me solucionaron el tema. Nadie se hizo cargo del error, y terminaron poniendome en la PEOR habitacion del alojamiento, ni siquiera el encargado tuvo la habilidad de manejar el tema y bus
